Very good install. Even though we all looked at the new thermostat for many minutes learning how to use it, we now notice that it is off center from the old one and a small area needs to be refinished to fill in old screen hole and gouge in the wall.

We needed to upgrade the AC in our top floor; it was a single-speed, undersized unit that was actually creating more humidity than it was eliminating (didn't know that was a thing but it was). We had 5 other HVAC companies come out to diagnose and recommend improvements; none of them realized this was the problem. We went to Costco to see who they use for HVAC installation, as we have previously had great experiences with Costco's approved installers for other services and feel that they vet their approved contractors carefully, and the approved contractors value the Costco business so they try to get everything right. Integrity is the locally-approved Costco HVAC contractor and is NATE (North American Technician Excellence)-certified. We renewed our Costco membership and engaged Integrity through them.
Integrity's salesperson, Grant, identified the problems and symptoms and carefully sized the proper equipment to remedy the problem. He explained everything thoroughly and guided our decisions respectfully.
The installation crew arrived and set up. Throughout the process, they were each professional, courteous, and friendly. They were very respectful of our home, treating it as though it were theirs - they were careful to wear booties or cover all floor surfaces with drop clothes, cleaned up completely, and explained what they were doing and gave realistic expectations about completion.
When they finished installation on day 2, there was a significant problem: the outside unit would not turn on, so while there was heat, no A/C. A service technician arrived and began to diagnose the problem. We were, admittedly, a little tired after 2 days, and also were dealing with an electrical issue with our newish car. We asked them to replace the outside unit rather than diagnose and repair it.
It was late at that point, but the next morning, the scheduler called to have a service technician return to repair the unit, and we again insisted on replacement. The owner, Kent, joined the call and explained that he would like to come out and oversee the diagnosis. He would need to at least diagnose what was wrong to work with Lennox to see if replacement was an option. We agreed; he arrived as promised with the technician; both again were professional and friendly. They determined that it was a simple factory error of two switched wires, and quickly got the system back up and running perfectly. We're very pleased and glad to recommend Integrity.

Our experience with Integrity was excellent. The service technicians and new system equipment installers were all very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. After the installation of our new heat pump system I called to report an issue with the heating operation, and a technician arrived in less than one hour and corrected the problem. I would highly recommend Integrity Heating & Cooling for service or equipment installation.

We recently closed on a 13 year old home that needed a new HVAC system. We are new to NC so we turned to the Internet for reviews. Ennis came out and did a great job explaining our options and was super friendly. Bonus, no high pressure sales tactics! He was prompt to answer any follow-up questions and quick to have our install scheduled just a few days later. Our install took 2 days with 1 day of pause in between. First day was AC and downstairs zoning, second day was upstairs zoning and duct work. Ian and Ron were hands down the best contractors we have ever had in any home we have ever owned! They were courteous, cleaned up each day, checked in from time to time to make sure they weren't too noisy with parts of the duct work install, and went the extra mile to explain the features of the system. So glad we chose Integrity over the local "big guys". We had one other quote and were completely turned off by the sales person. We highly recommend Integrity. It was a pleasure doing business with their team!

Thanks to the folks at Integrity for fast professional service restoring our heating. Their attention to detail and follow-up on our warranty specifics resulted in significant savings for us. We highly recommend them for emergency and/or routine HVAC service.
2020 - Noted an odd noise in our gas furnace early one morning. Called Integrity. By early afternoon their Tech had been to our house and the problem resolved. Very satisfied with the competence and courtesy of the office staff and the Tech. Will definitely call Integrity the next time we need heating and/or cooling help.

This is the 1st Time I have used Integrity - I needed to get a Trane Unit looked at for a Condensation Leak. They were excellent! Cameron arrived on time and took time to explain exactly what needed to be serviced. Knowledgeable and efficient! He also took a look at the sump pump for the condensation overflow. I also received great insights from Kent at Integrity. I went ahead and got a Service Agreement as I was extremely pleased.
