Integrity Heating & Cooling

I was referred to Integrity Heating & Cooling via Costco actually; they have a pretty good deal going on right now just fyi.

I was very impressed with Integrity; they had competitive pricing (I had 3 quotes) and installed a great Lennox dual AC/heat system. Dan and Abraham were the installers who did a great job; we had an old system from 1998 so they needed to work some magic to make sure all the existing duct work/gas lines could hook into the new system with ease.

The new system is awesome; can't wait to see how much money I save (especially during summer months). Cheers to Integrity - thanks for everything and keep up the good work!

Very pleased with Integrity Heating and Cooling! Our service Technician Cameron came prepared and was very pleasant and provided all the information I needed for my service check. He wore protective coverings on his shoes and was very professional. I called for an overnight issue on a minor mishap and he came to check my system in a timely manner and was very reassuring! Very pleased with results! Highly recommend them!

Eric and Bryce did a fantastic job removing our old heating and air conditioning and installing a new system. They were both very professional, hard working and courteous as well as not wasting any time at all. I highly recommend these gentleman and Greg Paxton the Project Manager as well as office support staff. A great company.

Technician was very professional and informative in regards to my furnace. As he worked on the furnace, he provided details during the process that might be the cause of the problem. Based on the information that he was proving, put me at ease that I made a good decision with this company. Upon completion of my furnace. He detailed the problem with the furnace and fixed it. The price shocked me because I’m an investor with many rentals I deal with mass contractors and the price he provided was very reasonable. That’s what I called great service.

We found Integrity through a Costco promotion for HVAC system replacement. Integrity reached out to us promptly and set up a system replacement consultation very quickly which was great! Greg came out, took measurements of our existing system and very professionally and transparently explained three (3) options for us to choose from based on our budget, system efficiency, and features offered in each option. After having 4 different estimates, we decided to go with Integrity and can say we are very pleased with our decision. Neal and his team worked with us to set up a date for the install and made sure that we were getting the best value possible by utilizing rebates available and keeping our existing smart thermostat to save us money. The install team came out and were respectful and professional throughout the install process. The new system is running awesome, it super quiet and we look forward to working with Integrity in the future for our system maintenance!

Bought a new HVAC from Integrity as they partner with Costco...entire experience has been great! We love our new HVAC - no more melting through the summers or freezing in the winter; our home is comfortable and I no longer worry about it breaking down in the midst of extreme temperatures. Installers and service workers are helpful and courteous; they always answer all of my questions and have gone above and beyond to help adjust the dampers in my ducts as well as to seal them up during the initial installation. They are on time and the office does a great job of communicating reminders for appointments and when a worker is on their way- they even text a picture of the worker coming so that I know who to be looking for. Price of the unit was a little more than I expected, but I also received a HUGE gift card from Costco for going through them! Overall, I would definitely recommend this company!

Integrity H&A did a phenomenal job installing our HVAC system. Eric and Bryce were very thorough and efficient. We had air by the end of the day! They were also very knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain things to us. Highly recommend them!

I happened to stop and speak with a representative who scheduled someone to come to my home so he can look over my existing HVAC system. Mr. Greg came to my home at his scheduled time and explained everything very clearly and did not make me feel that I needed further explanation of anything. He was very professional and provided me with all the information I needed in order to make a decision. The crew (Eric, Dan, Abraham, and Drew) showed up on time and also were very friendly and professional especially since they had to deal with my two dogs. I'm excited to have a new company that will handle my new HVAC system and I will definitely recommend them to all I know.

Integrity installed both our HVAC system. Installers Eric and Bryce were professional and did an incredible job. Great work ethic and customer service. The installation was highest quality, their communication with me was accurate and helpful. I highly recommend this company and these installers.
