Integrity analyzed my old ductwork and replaced it with more efficient, state of the art equipment that was re-configured to correct heating and cooling problems throughout the house. Every person we interacted with from the sales department to the head of installation services to the installers were professional, courteous and highly competent. The job took two days and the staff worked continually and efficiently. They were polite and friendly, very neat, and treated our house as if it were their own. If you’re looking for a larger full service company that doesn’t inflate their prices while providing excellent personalized service then I can highly recommend Integrity.

Integrity did a wonderful job from start to finish on replacing and upgrading our heat pump. The installers, Dan, Eric, Bryce, and Ryan, worked diligently ,professionally, and with great care and attention to every detail. We are very happy and would highly recommend Integrity to anyone who needs HVAC work done in their home.

The entire process with Integrity was professional from start to finish. Great communication, courteous representatives, (by email, on the phone, and in person). The installation was on time, clean, and without any issues. Eric and Bryce were friendly, neat, and our dogs were ready to adopt them by the time the installation was finished! The Lennox system we bought is the best performing system my wife and I have ever experienced. We stepped up to the best system quoted, and the ease at which it is cooling our house reinforces the adage, “you get what you pay for”. On top of that, the unit outside is so quiet, we barely know it is running. We both work from home and due to our different “climate needs”, I find myself wearing warmer clothes just to keep from freezing! I have never seen my wife RAISE the temperature on the AC because she is cold - until now! The new M30 thermostat is a welcome addition to the house and the ability to adjust the system from anywhere in the home or anywhere in the world is awesome. We couldn’t be more pleased with every aspect of this experience with Integrity Heating and Cooling.

Technicians arrived right on time as communicated. They explained to me their scope of work for the day and how they planned to accomplish as well as how long they thought they would be onsite. They protected my carpets and stairs with drop cloths and cleaned up after themselves when the work was complete. Finished right on time. Overall very good experience, would recommend to others.

Ryan, Eric & Dan performed an install of a new home HVAC system. They were very professional and courteous. They were on time and gave us a courtesy call when they were on the way. They explained the process and took special care to be clean and neat. After completion, they went over the system explaining it and answering our questions. Would most definitely recommend Integrity for both maintenance and installation. Their staff from the office to sales to techs over the years have all been extraordinary. Thank you

I selected Integrity due to their sterling 5 star reviews. Guess I drew the short straw.
The HVAC technician, Mr, T, was professional and very knowledgeable. However, the front office staff, schedulers were absolutely the worst.
I contacted Integrity, Ms. T., and scheduled an appointment for 10 AM to 2 PM. Within minutes after hanging up the phone, I received an email confirmation for an 8 AM to 10 AM appointment. I immediately called Ms. T back and made her aware of the mistake and stated that under no circumstances was a technician to arrive at my home before 9:30AM. I also followed up with a written note to Ms. T. stating the same.
At 8:20 AM on the day of the appointment the technician arrives at our home. I was furious. Obviously, the scheduling folks are either ignorant or incompetent or both. I called Ms. T after the service visit and asked to speak with a manager / owner, but they were conveniently not available.
Additionally, the technician quoted me a repair price that was 53% higher than quotes from other HVAC contractors for the same service.
I will NEVER use nor recommend Integrity Heating and Cooling again!

UPDATE 9/12/2022 - I had another HVAC contractor come to replace the compressor which was diagnosed by Integrity Heating and Cooling as defective, however the problem was a bad ECM fan motor, not the compressor. So this leads me to believe Integrity Heating and Cooling was trying to SCAM me out of my hard earned $$$. Please beware of unnecessary and costly repairs!

We chose Integrity Heating and Cooling to install our hvac. Eric and Brice arrived on time and did a great job. They were very professional and answered all our questions, and finished on time . I would definitely recommend them.
