The Technician is friendly, courteous, and excellent in working on My Heating and Air Unit. Dustin breaks the technical language down and explains it so the Consumer like myself understands what he just did during the maintenance on the unit when I had questions.
Dustin is Punctual for the Set Time of My Appointment!.

This is an amazing business with amazing service. Crissy has such incredible customer service skills and she’s wonderful at coordinating between customers and the service agents who complete the job. She makes sure everything runs smoothly and is a master problem solver. She’s kind, resourceful and very professional. Air Today was a service driven organization from start to finish. They evaluated my homes needs, explained the options, then executed the installation flawlessly. Their technicians were as professional and courteous as possible. They followed up with oversight from their field manager on the installation within an hour of the completion of the job.

Then I was contacted a few days later by upper management to be sure I was satisfied, ...if I had any questions that needed answering and that I knew I could call on them in the future if I had concerns.

We have been customers of Air Today for years, so when our AC failed a couple days ago, I knew we could count on them. Sure enough, they arrived shortly after my call and although we had to replace our unit, they tried to make it as economical as possible. At no extra charge, they applied a temporary fix until they could replace the whole unit today. They are always quickly responsive and very professional.

I got 4 different estimates and the moment Eric Henson walked into my home, I was impressed.
