This review is spanning over 3 years of using Air Today's services. If you want the "short answer".......just call them, they will treat you right!

After looking to do a complete replacement of a 30yr oldHeat Pump system (incl ducts, zoning....EVERYTHING), I called many companies to get quotes. Eric was EXCELLENT to work with on the front end and understood what I was looking for with 2 zones in my house and get something efficient for the long run (all electric house), I decided on Air Today for my needs.They were not the cheapest (far from overpriced) but glad I went with them.

The massive installation was completed in only 2 days. George and the rest fo the crew were very professional and left the property clean after they were done ripping out all of the old stuff....what a job!

Fast forward, had a couple of warranty issues with the new Carrier Infinity system, but each time Tim (Service Mgr) did what he could to get it fixed ASAP and was in touch with updates,

From sales with Eric, to scheduling with Raven, to the repair techs, this is an outstanding group to deal with . Skip the "others" that you see advertising on TV as they will rob you blind....period.

My excellent experience started when I spoke with Crystal. She stayed on the phone with me for 15 min looking up information and trying to troubleshoot my A/C issue, and I wasn't even a customer yet. I did schedule an appt and Tim arrived to our house on time. He even called to let me know he was on the way. Tim was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He offered us several options, including some that fit our budget. My husband and I were very pleased with our experience and are glad we signed up for the maintenance package. If Make the phone call to Air Today- you will not be sorry!

Absolutely Terrific!

It isn't very common to have truly personal service anymore, but Air Today has shown me that that is not the case when it comes to them. From scheduling, to arrival time, to the actual servicing I was not disappointed. I found everyone that came to work on my system friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and very determined to not leave without fixing my issues!

I would not hesitate to refer this HVAC company to family and friends. They also handle plumbing now, too!

If you want a company to take care of you heating and AC needs, call Air Today! They offer a contract that takes care of a service on your heating and AC each season. The technians are very friendly and knowledgeable. They can fix any problem. The office staff are very helpful to accommodate quick service if a problem needs immediate attention. Air Today has made me a satisfied customer for many years. Try them and you will be glad you did!!!

Very pleased with my Air Today experiences. Everyone who I worked with was very professional. All calls were either answered or voicemails were returned promptly. The installation team took great care to protect my home as they worked, going so far as to remove artwork from my wall to ensure that nothing was damaged. I felt that the prices were fair, especially considering the top tier HVAC system we received. Would highly recommend.
