Air Today HVAC

We didn't plan to need a new heat pump! Thankfully, we had time to do our research, which helped us know how good Air Today was to us. In addition to being the most competitive on price, everyone we interacted with was a pleasure to work with. Kirk in sales was straight-forward and trustworthy. Installers George and Daniel are the kind of people you want in and around your home - hard working, knowledgeable, respectful and polite - they finished ahead of schedule too. We will use Air Today every chance we get!

We just moved into a new house and had some smells coming thru the air vents. We called Air Today and got Adam assigned as our technician, who arrived right on time, as scheduled. He diagnosed where the issues were coming from, took the time to explain what was going on and how things could be fixed. As first-time home owners, we had a lot of questions! And Adam really went above and beyond to answer every one of them very thoroughly - it was an outstanding customer service experience. Because of how happy we were with the level of service and response, we signed up for a maintenance plan; today was the first visit, and Adam again was very thorough, a true professional. I highly recommend Air Today.

Technician explained each check and was very thorough. Scheduling was flexible had appointments right away. Will definitely use Air Today again.

When your air has been out for a week in 100 degree temperatures and your home warranty company will only pay for a repair that will take another 7 days just to get the part rather than authorize a new unit, it's easy to despair of the world. Luckily there are caring companies like Air Today that renew your faith in mankind. AirToday realized my predicament after several phone calls and decided to install a new unit for me for the cost of the repair.

Sometimes angels look and sound like ordinary people but they step in and save the day. Air Today offered to come the same day to do the installation. There are not enough thanks for what they did. Our home is now cool and comfortable thanks to their initiative and willingness to get the job done regardless of outside limitations. They even found some additional connections that were not in good condition and replaced them without added charge.

I recommend Air today to everyone. They have proved that they are caring and skilled in their work. Just knowing what they did for me speaks volumes about they way they care about their customers.

The guys just left from replacing my heating and air unit. They were here when they said that they would be. I was given a replacement time of 6 hours. They arrived at 8 this morning and just left. It’s 11:41. 3 1/2 hours. They never stopped once. Super fast and efficient at what they do! I am very pleased. They were very knowledgeable about the unit and went over everything with me. Very very pleased with our service. We will be recommending this company to everyone. Thanks again!

Updated: called and got a technician out to return my unit to operational. The follow up technician called prior to coming. Still doesn’t change the fact that the original work was completed without performing a functional check.

Had Air Today out for my semi annual service. No call from technician prior to showing up. Fastest visit ever and I found out why the next day. He left my heat pump inoperable upon service completion. I was wondering why on a mild day it was running in “Aux Heat” all day. Does bring into question whether the technician completed the rest of the service correctly.

Jaron was the service technician that came out when my furnace was no longer cutting on. i called last minute and got a work in appointment. It was late when he was able to get here but he didn’t rush in diagnosing the problem. He actually took the time to teach me a little about the system and how it works and why the problem was occurring before fixing it. I am super impressed with the level of customer service that is given by Air Today. I highly recommend this company if you want a knowledgeable technician that really cares about what they do.

Air Today installed a new HVAC system in our basement. This is the 3rd HVAC system I have purchased from AirToday and always had a good customer service experience and zero issues w/ the HVAC units. Zach, the sales technician was very professional, friendly and organized as was the initial tech that came out to look at our dead HVAC. I highly recommend Air Today and also just used them for plumbing services. Good experience all around.
