RB was punctual, friendly and personable. He inspected the clogged toilet and explained what course of action he would be taking should we accept repair. The price was reasonable and more affordable than other companies we inquired with, and the customer service was exceptional. Will definitely be using this service again.

My toilet had a leak and I called Air Today right away, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next business day. RB was my plumber and he prompt and very detailed. My repairs were completed within minutes, I would definitely recommend Air Today!

After recently moving into a house, the HVAC started failing during colder temperatures. It had to be replaced entirely. I got 5 different quotes and ultimately chose Air Today because of the financing option (0% for 18 months) and the technician Zach. He was straightforward and recommended the best system within my budget.

Unlike the other people, Zach did not pressure or rush me to make a decision. After all, buying a HVAC system is a major purchase. Before even hearing any competitor's quote, he provided an amazing and reasonable price. As a matter of fact, the other competitors were struggling to match Air Today's quote afterwards. Furthermore, Zach always answered my calls and texts quickly.

The installers were punctual and professional; it took around 7-8 hours as previously estimated. Air Today also sent North Carolina inspectors out to make sure the work is up to code. Now, I am content and comfortable in my house during this freezing weather. Thanks Air Today!

I would recommend Air Today Hvac to everyone. I called them panicked on a Friday after because my ac was blowing out heat.... during a heat wave. I spoke with Dawn who scheduled an appointment for the same day. Within 1.5 hours John was dispatched. He came in made all the necessary repairs and explained everything thoroughly. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He also suggested scheduled maintenance to make sure the issue wouldn't reoccur.

My house is now cool as a cucumber. I will definitely continue using their services. Awesome job.

RB Hauchum is a spectacular plumber and a consummate professional. I am so pleased with his service. I found him to not only be knowledgeable, but very personable and a person of integrity. He disconnected and reconnected my kitchen plumbing for a countertop replacement project. He called before coming each time and was always prompt. I would highly recommend Plumbers Today, any given day of the week and twice on Sunday. Be sure to ask for RB. He’s the best of the best!

They replaced my aging unit on the roof and the air handler inside my unit , Straightforward professionals from start to finish , did what they said they going to do when they going do it , they delivered !!

We've been a member of the Air Today maintenance family for a good number of years but this was by far our biggest job to date. We had a new dual fuel heat pump / furnace installed along with new duct work in the crawl space below our home. Zach provided a thorough and complete sales experience and provided needed expertise to provide us with the most efficient system to meet our needs at a competitive price point. Jose and his installation crew were consummate professionals, arrived promptly and fully prepared, and took a great deal of pride in their work.
