Air Today HVAC

Had Air Today out to our Davidson home for spring system check or our 2 HVAC systems. Tyler called on his way and showed up earlier than expected which was a big help. He was polite and courteous to us and our dogs who loved him. Checked/tested both systems and the out side pumps as part of our now bi annual system check with Air Today, he conveyed both are working opiimumly. He the cleaned both exterior carrier pumps and the are both spotless and brand new looking. Previous companies had clearly skipped this step for us. Thankful for an honest service call that took their time to do the job right.

I have had the pleasure of using the services of this AC repair company in the past, and I must say that their expertise and professionalism were truly commendable. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me somewhat disappointed, as they have made changes to their policy that prevent them from servicing customers with home warranties.

Last year, when I used this company's services, they had no issues communicating with my home warranty company on site. Their willingness to work with my home warranty provider was one of the reasons I was highly satisfied with their service. However, when I called to make an appointment this year, I explicitly mentioned that I would be utilizing my home warranty, and we proceeded to schedule the appointment without any issues.

Towards the end of the call, as a courtesy reminder, I mentioned that the technician would need to speak to my home warranty provider. To my surprise, the assistant abruptly stated that they no longer work with home warranties, without offering any further explanation. It was frustrating to hear this, especially since they had been accommodating in the past.

I understand that businesses may need to make changes to their policies for various reasons, but it would have been appreciated if the assistant had provided a more detailed explanation for the sudden shift in their stance. Moreover, it's disheartening to find a reliable and trustworthy company like them, only to discover that I now need to start the search all over again for a new technician who is willing to work with my home warranty.

Despite this disappointing change in policy, I want to emphasize that the service I received from this company in the past was exceptional. Their technicians were knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. They accurately diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and provided effective repairs, ensuring optimal cooling during the hot summer months. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction.

While I am saddened by the fact that I can no longer utilize their services due to my home warranty, I would still highly recommend this AC repair company to others who do not require the involvement of a home warranty. Their expertise and professionalism are top-notch, and I am confident that they will continue to provide excellent service to those who can benefit from it.

It is my hope that they reconsider their decision regarding home warranty partnerships in the future, as it would undoubtedly enhance their reputation and expand their customer base. In the meantime, I will reluctantly have to embark on the task of finding a new technician who can accommodate my needs.

We called Air Today after one of the big names told us some half truths and gave us bad advice. We got a reference from a family member who'd had them do several repairs and installs in a new home. All of the technicians we've met have been very friendly and professional taking great effort to make sure things are working right. They communicate well and really are punctual and complete when they predict. They offer options, answered our questions and gave advice about the existing equipment. No hard pressure sales tactics and we'll have them back for check ups often for sure. Great folks for sure. Thank You Air Today!

Excellent speedy service - Tyler was very thorough and respectful. He called to let us know arrival time and walked us through every detail. Highly recommend this company and will be our go to for all future HVAC needs.

Tyler was at my home early and listened to any concerns I had before beginning routine maintenance. He addressed the concerns both with manual adjustments within my system and explaining to me how he did so. Also offered a minor repair that I would need in the near future. The experience was a 10/10. Thank you Tyler you were very informative!

Jacob installed a new unit in my apartment today . We were without air for almost a week. Jacob saved the day !!! He was very respectful, professional and didn’t leave until my home was cool. Now I can have a good nights sleep. Jacob should get a raise lol no seriously. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs service with their heat/ac. 5 STARS!!!!

My AC system stopped working and I called Air Today around 9:30am. I received an appointment the same day. Their technician Steven B. arrived in the promised timeframe after giving me a 30-minute heads-up call. Steven confirmed the issue and started with the diagnostic work. He gave me several helpful updates and technical details during that process. Once he identified the cause of the system failure he provided me with the cost for the repair. He offered me to add a discounted service contract in the bill, which I declined.
Steven was knowledgeable and answered all my technical questions patiently. He was polite and careful with the light color carpet in my house.
Electronic credit card payment and receipt via email was easy.

Steven handles our yearly maintenance and has educated us on our current system and what might be needed in the future. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain why a system could be better for our home. Looking forward to our next visit.

This is the second time I have used Air Today. They are a Great local company that is very reasonably priced with quality products. They were great at communicating with very prompt service. I would highly recommend at least a quote from them if your actively looking for quality workmanship!

Called the made the appointment, great customer service, was able to get an appointment the next day that worked for my schedule, Ryan came very professional and pleasant, our A/C was not working.Ryan fixed the problem and life is good.
