Jacob from Boer Brothers provided very professional, helpful and friendly service. He explained in great detail what was wrong with my HVAC system and he provided me with very detailed photos showing me what he had found during the diagnostic inspection.

The tech sent out (Cameron) couldn’t have been more professional or pleasant. He did a thorough job and emailed me his findings a couple of hours after he left. We’ll be using Boer Brothers for our HVAC stuff from now on.

Paul was great! He came out in a timely fashion and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. And easy to understand terms.

Alan was very professional, taking time to clearly explain what was done and what needed to be done at a future time. He was friendly and patient, answering all of our questions.
During the second visit, after we agreed to the additional needed repairs, Alan had to make adjustments to what would have been a normal fix. He stayed into the early evening in order to complete the repair.

Technician was very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it. He also improved the piping set up to make it more safe and operable.

Jacob capped a hole in the ductwork and found a small gas leak that he also repaired. Appreciated his taking care of the issues to keep the system working efficiently. Very courteous and explained the problems effectively.
