    Love these folks! Always punctual, the prices are fair, and we’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t fix quickly. BB replaced our air handler and heat pump in 2019 and then replaced all of our ductwork in 2020. Everything’s been working great.

    I have owned my home for 7 years, and the previous homeowner replaced the HVAC system 3 years before I bought the home. I thought it would be reasonable to have the original HVAC company (two A-K first names) who installed the unit, do the regular maintenance. After about 4 consecutive years of that company doing 'maintenance', I questioned their actual service. It seemed like they glanced at a few things and called it good. I went with different companies the following years and never felt like anything was done. One would think maintenance of an HVAC unit might take a little longer than 15 minutes. This spring I called Boer Brothers. To start, Mike was prompt. In fact, he was in my driveway a little early but didn't come to the door until exactly the scheduled start time. I thought that was incredibly considerate. Mike was very professional, kind and so intelligent and knowledgeable. He explained things about my HVAC system that I never knew about. Apparently I have a UV light 'air scrubber' on my system that needed a part replaced to be active again, as Mike showed me the indicator light on the front of the air handler was out. What a great feature to have on an HVAC system to continuously clean and disinfect the air and surfaces in my home. Unfortunately I haven't had this feature for years as I've never seen an indicator light on and knew nothing about it. One would think the original installers or other HVAC technicians would have mentioned this every year they were taking my money. Mike was absolutely wonderful and incredibly thorough. For the first time, I felt like someone actually maintenanced my HVAC system. Whatever Mike A is getting paid, it's not enough. Give that man a raise!

    Regular bi-annual routine maintenance and several repairs were needed. Since it was during a maintenance visit no additional fees were charged other than the parts. Jamel was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of my home. I highly recommend Boer Brothers.
