I have used Comfort Pro for HVAC maintenance and repairs for nearly 5 years. They are fantastic, extremely responsive, and transparent with their work. They explain everything before doing the work. Carl has been my technician for the past few years and he is great! Expert knowledge and professional work ethic. I highly recommend Comfort Pro.

Everyone that I interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Veronica was great about scheduling and nice when I had to reschedule. Brian was early for our appointment, very nice and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing. I’d absolutely recommend this company and am happy to have a yearly service agreement with them.

Bruce came out as part of our maintenance plan with Comfort Pro. He showed up on time, checked over everything and answered all questions. I asked for an estimate on some other work, and I had that estimate via email before he even left my driveway. Thank you Bruce!

Very satisfied from start to finish. Albert and crew took us from service call to new system in less than a week's time. It's never fun to learn you need a whole new system, but Comfort Pro provided a great experience through the entire process. Fast response, quick diagnosis, honest sales and no hidden costs.
