Brian has done an excellent job as our maintenance tech after a great complete heat & air install by the team a couple of years ago in a home in Woodcroft with aging systems. Picked them out of a pack of 5 or so and more than satisfied with decision. Excellent. Seriously.

Bruce was amazing to work with and highly recommend Comfort Pro. We have an old system we realize is on its last legs, but he was able to make our system work again and make recommendations to increase the longevity of our already very old system until we are ready to replace it. When we are, I'll be reaching out again.

Comfort Pros is the way to go. They are always on top of things and are very honest. They have come out on weekends and last minute when I had issues with my old HVAC system and eventually installed my new one. Your happiness is a top priority to them! Don’t go with anyone else.

I would highly recommend Comfort Pro LLC. Starting with their customer service with Veronica in the office and ending with Will, the technician that repaired my air conditioning unit. They were extremely fast, efficient, professional and accommodating! I will certainly continue to use them and recommend them to all my family and friends.

I’ve reached out to Comfort Pro a few weeks ago to get a quote for my HVAC replacement. Since the first contact these guys have been nothing but professional. Al spent almost an hour with me explaining in depth the ins and outs of HVAC systems and how a two stage unit would be the best fit in my case. It was so well explained, that I hardly even had to do any additional research (which I of course did). He determined the best possible solution and once I contracted them, swiftly set up an appointment for installation. The installation went super smooth and only downside was that one of the thermostats doesn’t properly work, but even for that they proactively set up an appointment for exchange, without me having to follow up. Overall I’d highly recommend Al and his team.

I chose ComfortPro given their reputation for being as transparent and helpful as they are knowledgeable. Within seconds of meeting Brian, it was clear that the reputation is well earned. My heating and a/c is now one less thing I need to worry about.

We absolutely are thrilled with the service provided by Comfort Pro. The service was timely, was done well, and was so professional. They offer a periodic maintenance plan that we took advantage of, and that has been such a wonderful deal. I also never feel like we are being “duped” or “upcharged”. Would recommend to anyone!

Brian and Logan did a great job on our Spring maintenance on our HVAC system. Additionally, Brian replaced all our filters. We are glad to be part of the Comfort Pro family.

We have used Comfort Pro LLC to maintain our HVAC for several years and have never had a problem. They service our unit twice a year and have always taken very good care of us. When we've had issues pop up, they have been very quick to get us up and running again. This relationship made it much easier on us when we had to replace our unit a couple of weeks ago after the motor died.

We were given the choice of replacing the motor or the unit. We felt no pressure from them to make one choice or the other. For a number of reasons, we chose to replace the unit. They were kind enough to let us borrow a used motor to keep us comfortable until they were able to install the new unit.

Albert and Will showed up promptly on installation day and made quick work of installing the unit. As always, they were professional and friendly. They were respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves. The new unit is working wonderfully and is much quieter than our old unit. We can no longer hear the outside fan when it's running, which is a welcome change.

Albert and his crew are highly dependable and trustworthy. We wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of our HVAC at this point and recommend them 110%.
