I was sold on Air Secure several years ago when I was having trouble with my heat pump during the holidays while family was visiting. They were very responsive and quick to diagnose and do the repairs needed. I've been on a service contract with them ever since. They are always polite, professional and very helpful. Highly recommended as someone you can trust.

I would and will use Air Secure again. They kindly and promptly came to assess my HVAC duct system as I wanted to install a new interior door in a hallway It was not sure if the duct intake would be blocked. They came and did a quick assessment and told me I would be fine with my duct system as is. Less reputable businesses might have try to sold me some new ductwork. Furthermore, they did not charge me a penny for this assessment. I will go to them if I need any future work on my heating and air conditioner system.

After calling several other HVAC companies and being met with roadblocks, I called Air Secure and am glad I did! A service tech was at my door within 2 hours and completed the work was very promptly, professionally, and for a very reasonable rate. Will Smith was very courteous and knowledgable. We are moving forward to have Will service our HVAC units twice a year. We are very happy to have found Air Secure!

We were at 82 degrees for two days. Called at 9:00 am and William was there at 1:30. He diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day at a very reasonable price. He also checked out the rest of the system to make sure we would not have future problems. I would recommend this company to everyone that needs HVAC service or replacement.

Tried to swindle my 80 year old mother. Told her her pump in air handler was bad and it would take 6-8 weeks for the part. And wanted to put in a new one for $4000 instead of replacing the part. Pressuring her to do it. She thankfully called me and I told them to hold off.(This same company replaced out air handler 6 years ago). I found the part online available for next day shipping. So then I call a different company to come look at the heat for a second opinion which you shouldn't have to do that in the first place. He tells me whoever installed the air handler installed the lines backwards.(which they did 6 years ago) He switches the lines like they are supposed to be and now the heat is working better than ever. Don't trust this company. Tried to take my mother for $4k when another tech came and fixed it for $300. I thought these people were good people.

First time using this company and a great experience all around. Very responsive, communicative, professional and super fast! From first call to repair being complete was just over 2 hours. The tech, Will, was great to work with and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Air Secure enough! Will from Air Secure was one of the kindest, most respectful, professional and knowledgeable people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When I called to get an estimate, he was able to come out within 24 hours. After diagnosing the issue, he took me to the condenser to show me exactly what was wrong with my AC unit and how he would fix it. Never once did he pressure me to have anything done that I didn't need to. He fixed the issue immediately The AC was running within ten minutes. I will absolutely go to him for any and all repairs and questions, and I would encourage anyone else that needs assistance to do so as well. He is extremely reliable, keeps his word, and goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are taken care of. I will not go to anyone else for my heating and air conditioning needs in the future. I feel extremely blessed to have found Air Secure as this type of company and customer service is, unfortunately, extremely rare these days. Many blessing to Will. AC compressor stopped running. Called Air Secure at 4:30pm yesterday and by 11am today system back up and running. Very courteous and professional. It's an old system, I know its coming close to needing to be replaced, but Matt first tried to fix it before trying to sell me anything. Luckily it was just an old capacitor. He had the parts in his truck. When it finally goes I will definitely give them a call. Fast, courteous, professional, and no hard sell. Thanks.

Will and his team are all class. When I had an emergency, he acted quickly by fitting me into his schedule the same day. He assessed my situation, and he gave me all my options, ultimately recommending the most efficient option to lead to a working system at a fair price.
