We have had multiple great experiences with Control Specialties. From servicing our old worn out system through the years to getting a new one installed this year, they are always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Control Specialties told us what was wrong with our 30 something year old air compressor right away. (It needed a new motor, which could not be found so we replaced the unit.) They can usually come out to fix your HVAC within 24 hours of your call if you are an existing customer. I totally trust the company because of other issues in the past at another house. Another Asheville company tried to scare us into buying a whole new HVAC system but Control Specialties came out an told us the truth. We had plenty more life left in our system and a new system would not be nearly as expensive as the other company told us. For the best, prompt service that you can trust, Control Specialties is the best. I highly recommend them to all of my real estate buyers and sellers as well. They are a family owned company and they have a lot of integrity.

So appreciate these folks! They got us on their schedule right away on the hottest day of the year when we needed help. Brandon got our unit fixed and we were cool in no time. Highly recommend them!

My heat pump was running loud off and on while running for about a month until it stopped working. I was afraid that my 18 year old unit neededto be replaced. Contol Specialties showed up an hour after I called, which was great! Asa, the tech, ran some tests and found the problem within 20 minutes and no parts were needed.
