Service was great, but there were issues in the store the day I went. The owner/manager (older man) was going off on the one and only employee (younger/tatted) who seemed to be doing anything. They were behind closed doors and I had to walk outside to avoid the screaming and profanity. Then again, while the employee was helping me the manager/owner went behind closed doors and started screaming at a woman who may have been his wife or another employee. The older man just seemed to want to stir up an argument/fight with anyone and everyone. Very unprofessional work environment.

We ordered 17k in Samsung mini split systems. We dealt with some shipping delays and in the end the owner was willing to work with us and made the transaction a good one. Troy and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are committed to their trade and it shows. They have the best warehouse I have ever seen and put a lot of care and organization into their products. I highly recommend this company for heating and cooling system needs, for wholesale to licensed heating air pros.
