All-Phase Heating & Cooling

All-Phase installed the attic unit for the previous owner of my home. There was a problem with the condensation lines exiting into the gutter under the roof shingles. Water and varmints were coming into the gap. I called All-Phase for help on this matter THREE times and was completely ignored by the owner. The scheduler said that he remembered the installation 10 years ago at the home but apparently was not the least bit interested in giving me any help. I am baffled as to why he was not receptive. Apparently they are not at all committed to standing by their work. I will say that the two ladies I spoke with were very nice and listened to my concerns, insuring me that the owner would indeed get my messages.I now am in need of scheduled maintenance but certainly will look elsewhere!

The team replaced both of my air conditioning units and tuned up my furnace. The units are fantastic and the service was excellent. Our monthly air bill decreased and our air conditioner is working better than ever since we have been in our house. We are so happy with our new products and with the help we received from All-Phase!

An excellent company! They are scheduled, reliable, and efficient. They took care of our problem right away and even did a quick inspection of a couple other things for us, but giving us a green light and saying everything was okay. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. ( well as much as I can when that means something is probably wrong )

My system gave out a couple of months ago and since then I have had six different HVAC companies give me quotes for a new system. The weather was nice at that time of year so I had the luxury of taking my time. Steve of All-Phase was recommended to me by a friend and my wife and I are so thankful he was. His quotes were thorough and the prices for what he was quoting were in line or even a little less than what I received from the other HVAC companies. My wife and father also met Steve and were impressed. One of the big differences with Steve and his company All-Phase compared to the other companies was his concentration on making sure my system would have the best airflow possible. He did not like all the flex duct work that the prior company had used. He removed my old system, installed a variable speed air handler, and replaced the majority of flex duct with a metal duct box, and then added shorter flex pieces to that. The straight metal box offers much less restriction on the air flow. So instead of about 200 feet of flex in my attic there is probably 60. I don't think any of the other companies even considered this change. He inspected my returns and decided to replace all the duct work coming from the returns because they were so dirty. He did not charge me extra for this. His 3 man crew were clean, hardworking and well mannered. I felt completely safe having them in my house while my wife and I were gone to work. Steve got the system installed quickly and made sure everything was right. On Friday evening after Steve had finished the installation, I came home and the house was perfect. There was one issue though, the power to my work shed was off. Since some of the electrical connections he made in my attic were related to my wood stove in the work shed, I texted Steve and he offered to come out on Saturday morning to see what might be going on. I told him it was not vital and please wait till Monday. He came out on Monday and we discovered the problem was unrelated to the work he had done but he fixed it immediately anyway. You can’t ask for better help and service than that. I can wholeheartedly recommend All Phase Heating & Cooling Thank you Steve for the good work and the cool house.

All-Phase is always professional and they do an excellent job of taking care of my system, a system they installed 8 years ago.

All-Phase quickly and efficiently repaired my AC unit under warranty and at a very minimal cost (for coolant). Will call again for ALL issues related to my HVAC!
