no response from All Phase-they did the maintenance work on HVAC unit on my new home I purchase - no warranty which they did shotty work. They didn't glue the PVC drain pipes so, water filled the under pan which overflowed and water ran down my new drywall ruining my wall... no phone call back. be aware....

Why do things always go wrong on weekends? We lost cold air last weekend with extreme heat. Called All-Phase and left a message with their service. Steve (owner) called me back promptly asking about our issues. He confirmed that their on call technician would be over as soon as he could get the truck and travel to us from Greensboro. Hector texted us to say he was in transit. What a nice, young man! He was able to determine the problem and fix our issue. Wow, what a relief to have cool air again with 3 dogs on a very hot weekend! Love All-Phase group. In fact, they installed our new HVAC almost 8 years ago.

We use All-Phase at Hillsdale Church for all of our heating and cooling needs. Steve and his team are always very professional and prompt with their service. They are all very knowledgeable and great to work with. Whenever we have a problem even on the weekends they are here to help. We have been using them for over 10 years and they know our systems well so whenever a problem arises they are able to react quickly and fix the issue. Steve is very fair in his pricing and maintenance plans and is good at recommending what you need within your price range.

BEWARE! Please note that I only write reviews for companies that are either fantastic or horrific. I just don't have time to write reviews for all the average ones we encounter. My 3 previous Google reviews were all 5 star ratings for recent top notch experiences- please check them out. I wish I could say the same for All-Phase. The reason I'm writing this review is to warn you about their unprofessionalism.
We are new to the area; we moved here in December. When we purchased our home, the home inspector had recommended that one of our 2 AC units be replaced. We used All-Phase and had a really good experience, both with the installation and with Katie, the office person we dealt with. She was fantastic and really on top of things! She is no longer with the company. When our pest control service guy was under our house a week or so ago, he noticed that the tray to the AC was rusted through. We called All-Phase. While some miscommunication with one of the office staff initially delayed scheduling for someone to come out, Steve, the owner, did come out within a few days. He apologized for the miscommunication, went under the house to check out the system, and let us know that he recommended it be replaced. He was very nice. I let him know that we wanted something comparable to the other unit that they had installed back in December. He said that he would be in touch.
A few days later, as I had not heard anything, I called the office to check on the status of the quote. The office person stated that Steve would be working on quotes over the weekend and would make sure to email ours promptly. We did receive the quote on Monday. It was for a new Lennox and the total was $7200 and some change. At that point, my husband and I were a bit surprised and found the quote to be on the high side as we had paid $8400 back in December for a new AC and furnace. We talked to a few of our neighbors who agreed that the quote was high and they offered the names of the heating and air companies that they use. We decided to call for a few more quotes. Here are a couple of things that are important to note. When Steve came out, he told us that it was not a rush to replace our unit, as it was working fine. Also, his office person had left a voicemail stating that the quote had been sent and that they would need us to sign and return with 50% deposit in order for them to order the new unit. This was acceptable to us and we planned to make our decision once we had the opportunity to get a few other quotes.
In the meantime, we had already been scheduled with All-Phase for our service appointment on our new existing unit that they had installed back in December. That was supposed to take place this morning at 10AM. While my husband and I were rushing around trying to get ready and both get out the door with our 13 month old baby and 2 dogs so that I could get back in time for our appointment, I noticed I had a voicemail. This was around 8:30. All-Phase had just left a message stating that they would not be coming out to take care of our service this morning, but had decided to wait and do it when they came to install our new unit.
I called and explained to the office person that we had our schedules arranged today so that I could be home for the appointment and also that we had not yet decided on All-Phase for the new unit. She said that she would relay the information and that the other office person would call me back. Steve called shortly thereafter and was actually very angry, rude, and unprofessional and stated that he thought we had a done deal. He was yelling at me and was a bully. I attempted to explain that we had never agreed to the quote and had not returned the quote signed with the deposit. He also stated that he was just not going to be able to come out and service our existing unit today, despite the fact that we had an existing appointment. Needless to say, we will not be using them to install the 2nd unit. We are shocked with how unprofessional the owner of this business was with us.
