Very professional technician was sent out as my air conditioner was not working he took the time to try and get it running but it needed a compressor the unit is 25 yrs old which We didn't know. He offered to try and find one but we decided to buy a new one he explained the different ones they carried and had the office call us with a price. The unit is ordered just waiting on the installation.
Sadly, they've seemed to be 'quiet quitting' for some time. They contract techs that work full time for other companies so your appt time is often late or days away. My husband and I were loyal customers for years, again sad
Very rude from the moment someone answered the phone. I called about an issue with my toilet not flushing all the way nor was it filling up all the way. The lady that answered the phone acted like she didn't want to be bothered. I explained what was going on, and asked if someone could come out, and her response "honey no-one can come out today it will probably be Monday before someone can." Ok cool. She very rudely asked for my name, number, and address and she said "where are you located" in a very rude manner so I told her, and instead of wanting to help her remark was "why don't you get your maintenance person out there to help you out." I just said thank you, and hung up. There was no reason for someone to be that snarky you're in the wrong business. Horrible horrible customer service.
My hot water heater started leaking on a Sunday morning. I called Shores and they came out first thing on Monday morning. They fixed the water heater within an hour. You can't ask for more than that. I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.
it took 3weeks for them to get to my residents. they were here 15 min and then left without explaining anything to me. i called and was told that the city had to come out and mark lines. the city came but its been 2 1/2 weeks and shore still haven't been back out here. all the while i have a busted pipe and my bill is still rising. the last bill was 250.00 can't wait to see the next bill. i took time off work to sit here and wait for them to only have them lie to me and say someone came out. i know they didn't come to my house... i was here
My dad always uses these guy. Called them at the end of the work day because my dad’s ac was out and they had someone out the next day and had it fixed. Thanks!
Have had them out for a couple things. They don’t come when they say they will, they misinformed me about the process for having the city mark my lines. Pipe repair was done ok. HVAC repair was not, after multiple call backs they never did fix the problem. My husband actually ended up figuring it out himself, ordering the part, and repairing it.
