Shores has been servicing our HVAC unit and doing plumbing work for years. They do a great job at a fair price. Honest people. Richard answers the phone at all hours and sends someone over as soon as he can.

Extremely rude customer service over the phone when I called about an estimate for a job. Much higher prices in comparison to other companies in the area that will get the job done faster and cheaper. Prevette and Sons Plumbing is far better.

They never fix anything right. My landlord has had them out multiple times for different plumbing issues and to work on my air conditioning and every single time it takes them 5 different trips and they still don't ever fix the problems 100%. Stay away from these guys. Half the time I don't think they even know what they're doing.

Don't check their work made more leaking when they pulled water lines to fix a little leak and didn't send a receipt for the work for cash

Poor customer service over the phone. Don't call customers back when they say they will. They will rip you off and not fix the problem the first time so they can charge you for more trips. I wouldn't recommend calling them so I warned you. Stay away!!!

My well pump stutters, could be your pressure tank. $390 and 2 weeks later. My well pump stutters. Piss on you, so who can I call? Yadkin well diggers! My well is not dry! We can’t help you.

They have now come out 4 times to fix a leak. Every time was suppose to be here first yhimh in the morning and i felt lucky if I seen them by lunch time.

My Aunt called Shores¬ only did they not fix the problem,one of the employees smelled like a muskrat!Honestly,i spent more time trying to get those fumes out than they spent there altogether.

Friendly people here they really know how to treat the person needing their services. They do excellent work.
