I have used Smart Air Tech, Alex, for 2 homes. He and his service is excellent. His communication is way above par for a contractor. He gets back to you with estimates, time of service and invoicing promptly. He is knowledgeable about his products and makes fair recommendations and proposals. I would highly recommend his service, I do not usually post anything.

Alex came out on short notice to diagnosed a faulty blower motor for my central AC, order the parts, went to pick them up and fixed the issue in the same day. Absolutely amazing, no words can fully express my gratitude for his services. We lost heat in the middle of the holidays, the house was cold and uncomfortable. Alex came out and saved the day. Thanks very much to you and your team for the skilled and timely response.

Alex made time to see me with less than 1 day notice to diagnose the problem with my broken AC. He was able to explain the issue with my AC malfunction and provided a clear strategy to address this issue. He returned the next day to provide the best fix given the parameters involved. I am grateful for his attention to detail, great service and explanation for pricing. I should explain that I’d had another company work on my AC. They charged me almost twice as much as Alex and did not fix my problem and tried to tell me I’d need an entire new AC system that would cost $$$$$. Thank you Alex!

The installation of my ductless Mitsubishi wall unit/blower is far better than I imagined it could be. I spoke with Alex about a location for the indoor evaporator unit and the outdoor lines for connection to the condenser. He worked this out so that the placement of all materials is absolutely perfect. His workmanship is impeccable. He measured everything so precisely which allowed the installation to move along smoothly and so neatly. There was barely any dust or debris, but the small amount was cleaned so quickly it hardly had time to settle. Alex is very professional, very fairly priced, easy to work with and absolutely accomplishes customer satisfaction 100%.

Alex arrived on scheduled time for evaluating system and then later same day sent a detailed quote. Later that week he installed new 4 ton air conditioner unit and air handler. The work was completed ahead of the scheduled time, worked perfectly and the whole area cleaned up before he left.👍

Alex was able to service our boiler that is connected to a smart thermometer. He was prompt, patient, courteous and was able to diagnose the issue immediately. He even took his time and explained to us step by step on the process and what he was doing so we were all in the loop with what's going on! He was very thorough in understanding our existing system and suggesting upgrades. He is very responsive and will never go your call unanswered no matter what time or day you call.
