I used Maselli HVAC to install a new central AC system. From my first meeting with Joe, through completion of the project, every stage of the process was flawless. Brien and the team were professional, thorough and left my home spotless. Brien took the time to review, in detail, all of the work upon completion and answer all of my questions. They finished way ahead of the projected time frame. I couldn’t have been happier!

We. needed a new heating system in an old house. The company came promptly and gave us a fair estimate and since they had a heater available we were able to get a new system within 3 days. They came at 8 am on the agreed day and worked all day. (At one point I counted 6 cars ) There were a few adjustments to make and the 2 brothers came personally the next morning to finish everything.. We are extraordinarily pleased with their work, efficiency and professionalism and price.

Joe and the team at Maselli did a great job fixing our central AC system. They were responsive as we coordinated the service appointment—both for the initial evaluation and the actual repair work. The service team arrived right on time (an actual appointment, not a “window!!) and the technician was very polite and explained what was wrong with our system and replaced the faulty unit. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!

Maselli Contracting removed our old oil-fired water heater and replaced it with a heat pump water heater in 2021. Their quality of their work was outstanding and they cleaned up the oil that had leaked from the old unit, then removed and disposed of it for us. Their pricing was competitive and they were the only contractors capable of getting the size of water heater we needed during the shortages caused by the pandemic. Highly recommended.

Joe and his team at Maselli Contracting and HVAC were one of the best choices my girlfriend and I made. After purchasing our new home, there was a lot of work to be done. From new ductless a/c units, to installing new plumbing, to connecting and setting up new appliances, they were responsive, consistent, and throughly explained everything. They ensured everything was up to our satisfaction and for that we are grateful. Start to finish an incredible experience. Joe came to give us and estimate, personally answered my questions via text and phone calls, and he was there the day we had our new equipment installed. Price quoted was competitive and fair. Joe also gave me insights into my system that other companies' salesmen didn't notice or think to talk to me about. He didn't try to upsell me on equipment or add-ons.

The whole process start to finish was excellent. I wish all my home repair experiences were this good.

From the start Joe was responsive and helpful to all questions I had about installing a ductless split system at my new home. He was able to secure all the parts needed within a week and installed the entire system (2 condensers 6 handlers) with his partner Brian in a single day. Additionally, he was able to help find an electrician to finish the installation after our electrician fell through the day
before the install. Would absolutely recommend calling Maselli HVAC if you want a competitive price and high quality job done.

We hired Maselli HVAC to replace an old boiler and hot water tank with a new high efficiency furnace. Partners Joe and Brien are a pleasure to work with. They are incredibly responsive and clear, and honesty and integrity shine through in everything they do. Our job was very complex, and Maselli handled every aspect with professionalism and expertise. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and on schedule. For the level of service and knowledge, their prices represent excellent value. Highly recommended - I would use them again without hesitation.

Joe was exceptionally communicative, punctual and he solved our problem! He diagnosed and fixed our AC issue quickly and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend Maselli! They were fantastic at installing a new furnace (heat and central air) after my heat stopped working. They did a quality and professional job, keeping me informed of their progress throughout. My Nest also required some wiring fix, which he was able to provide. Thank you guys for the prompt and amazing service! My heat is working 10x better now.
