They repaired a failed / broken compressor ahead of schedule and went above & beyond in having it working the same day the part was received. When other issues arose with our AC, including mistakes made by a different contractor, they promptly fixed.

We realized during the first cold spell this Fall that our boiler was broken. Our house was uncomfortably cold. Maselli came right over and replaced the boiler over the next 48 hours. The work was efficient, timely, and high quality. Thank you very much.

Hired by my Home Warranty company, ordered a part, installed it to then realize it wasn't that part! Told me I am ordering another part, now all of a sudden they reported the job completed! We are sitting here with NO hot water for weeks waiting on this company to do what they were hired for! I had to hire another business to handle the job!

On a Friday afternoon before a major heatwave, Joe was incredibly responsive and was able to get my central air unit up and running within a few hours. Amazing service from start to finish!
