Not all NEST Pros are HVAC specialists. I have Ben ripped off by “smart thermostat specialists” who weren’t HVAC savvy. Kevin was extremely nice, easy to contact, and informative. Took his time to explain what was needed , double checked my heating and cooling systems after adjusting the nest to the correct settings and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Will definitely contact him again in the future.

Truly professional! We found Kevin of Air Mechanical New York via Nest’s “Find An Installer” page. I was specifically searching for an HVAC specialist as reliable service is important for our needs. It was easy to come to agreement over the cost of the installation of the items we wanted. In a few hours on a Sunday, Kevin installed a Nest thermostat, an Nest Indoor IQ camera, a couple of hard-wired Nest Protect smoked detectors, and a bunch of smart switches in our home. The installation was fast, clean, and neat. Kevin is super polite and extremely knowledgeable about Nest products and HVAC in general, and has been doing this for years. He tested and demonstrated all the products and left us feeling confident that we picked a pro.
