I found this company online and used them twice. The first time was to install a thermostat in one of my HVAC units and the second time about a year later, to service my two HVAC systems. Kevin was responsive and very friendly. He took his time to explain to me how to use the new thermostat and made sure I understood. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased which is why I called again a year later, this time for regular maintenance service of the units. Kevin did a great job again while charging very competitive prices. I highly recommend this company and I already refered one of my neighbors as well.

I am not one to post reviews often but Kevin (owner) deserves one. He is truly one of the best. I've had issues with my heating system for years. He managed to resolve the issue immediately. He installed a NEST thermostat with sensor which I strongly recommend for any homeowner. He then went a step further and advised to replace all steam valves in order to run the heating system efficiently. That took care of my issues that no plumber was able to resolve. He is honest and knowledgeable in his field. I would absolutely use him again and also recommend him to my friends and relatives.

Kevin has helped us with every thermostat issue we have had since we moved into our home three years ago. Whenever our Nest thermostat was having issues he was there to figure out the problem. Kevin is very patient and has taken time out to explain things to us. Recently he helped put in a portable air-conditioning unit in our basement. He did an amazing job and we know we can always trust his expertise!

He came wearing a mask at the exact time promised. His communication leading up to the appointment was excellent. He definitely knows about nest thermostat installations and immediately let me know that one item I purchased would not be necessary. Within an hour he reworked my boiler to work where I previously didn’t have a C wire. He neatly installed my nest thermostat and his price was very fair for his level of service. I wouldn’t think twice if referring him to install a nest thermostat on Long Island. Great job. Thank you

I use Kevin for multiple services for over 8 years for all my stuff. Perfect and on time and very knowledgeable. I cant find anyone else right now for the pat few months to match him. Kevin how are you dude and how do I get a hold of you? It goes to voicemail after one ring.

His communication is very warm and accurate which puts me at ease. He backs his work 100% and you will most certainly be pleased with the outcome. Kevin the techinition was one of the most knowledgeable trouble shooters I have ever used he found the problem with my leaking condersation line from pan repaired it neatly & professionally very clean. Its nice to hire someone who takes pride in his work .a quality rarely found any more.I would recommend him to any one , once you use his service you will thank him the way I did

Kevin is excellent, came for a Nest estimate and did a repair for heating pipe that was leaking. Repaired the pipe and also remedied and gave tips on how to get the individual room heat radiators flowing for more heat. He also takes the time to explain everything to you. I will for sure be calling Kevin for any heating and cooling repairs in the future!

Kevin is very responsive .. the minute I texted him he responded right away and fixed with my issues the very same day. I had a problem with my heating system and also with the Nest thermostat.. he is very professional with his work and knows what exactly what he is doing ! The owner Kevin is a very knowledgeable guy. He has done work for me on several occasions and is the person I trust with my HVAC needs. My home heat was not working properly and he came over expeditiously to take care of it. He is always prompt and His pricing is also always very reasonable and fair.
