I needed a mini split installed in my wife's home office. After doing my research I decided to pull the trigger and start the project. I got a few quotes and this one was in the middle. I love how they work! So clean! Very knowledgeable team! Great experience!

Our furnace hadn't been serviced in years so I just wanted someone to co.e out and make sure everything is good. I scheduled an appointment and they were on time and so nice. They made sure everything works and replace a small old wire that looked discolored. Great service! Great price! Wonderful people!

We recently had a 31-year old furnace and central air conditioner replace by 24/7 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND Within 9 hours, both systems were installed and running smoothly. The staff took great care to make sure the floors were protected and there was minimal disruption around the house. They worked with confidence and were professional and friendly. They made note of city code and even moved our hot water heater to be at the correct distance from the furnace. Once the systems were installed, they gave thorough instructions on the components and how to run the digital thermostat. We could not be more pleased with their integrity as a business. Very professional service from initial telephone call to installation. Neat and tidy installation by their engineers and we didn't have to wait too long for an installation slot. The system works perfectly transforming the space allowing comfortable living and working very well in the recent cold weather!

Absolutely amazing experience with 247 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND heating and air!!!! Last spring we moved into a mobile home and when summer came around we noticed the a/c didn't work. We called a place in town (I won't mention the business as to not slander them) and they told us we would need a whole new unit and it was going to be around $7000. We didn't have the money for that so we just got some window units and a portable unit and made do until this year. Well I called 247 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND and super friendly customer service helped me get scheduled! When the guy came out he took a quick look at the unit and said the unit is fine....through searching it was found that the wires to the a/c unit were completely disconnected inside! He connected the wires for us and checked our freon and we were up and running!!!! He saved us a ton of money and a huge headache for something that wasn't even broken!!! I am forever thankful for them and their work! Absolutely a customer as long as I live here!!!!

Service was excellent. We were given a window of 2 hours, but would call if they could come early. They called early and were at the house just as they promised. Service was performed quickly and efficiently. They found a starting capacitor on the blower motor had failed. He had the part and was able to repair the system. He did say that if the motor is going bad the new capacitor could fail and then we would need to replace the motor. Only time will tell. They were recommended by a coworker and the recommendation was spot on. I called a number of companies from Google, but due to the heat wave all three companies were busy and couldn't come out until next week. I was able to schedule an appointment this week with 24/7 HVAC OF LONG ISLAND and now the A/C is working great! David was honest and seemed to know about repairing air conditioners. I asked about a tune up and he said due to the lateness in the season he recommended we wait until next year. We will be definitely calling them back next year and will likely have them perform some upgrades to our system.

My oil burner started to push cool air and it was freezing in the house. I called 24/7 HVAC and they sent someone that same day! They had it back up and running in a few minutes and were very honest. I recommend this company!!
