Very satisfied with the 24/7 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND sales, service, and install team. We purchased a new high efficiency Trane system. Luis, Junior, and Edgar were all terrific people. They were responsive, competitive, timely, and did an excellent job installing our new system. They all went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right and the same day!

We had a great experience with David. He was really responsive when we called him out to take a look at our AC unit and was incredibly prompt in getting us the quotes so we could figure out next steps. We were able to get a new AC unit installed and replaced within a few days. The team who came out to replace our old unit was prompt and cleaned everything up afterwards. Highly recommend!

My home is now nice and warm thanks to David and Edgar. When my furnace was making a troubling noise , I called the 24/7 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND at about 1 PM. David gave me an appointment for that afternoon between 3 and 5. David and Edgar arrived promptly and asked me to describe what was happening as David opened the furnace door. Before I finished, he had found the problem: the fan & motor. David said he would do his very best to get the part on Saturday since I now had no heat. Early Saturday morning David called to say he was picking up the parts and would be over soon. Just about 24 hours after he arrived to diagnose the problem, it was fixed. David & Edgar stayed for about half an hour to make sure everything was working fine. David even called Monday to ask if all was OK. I would heartily recommend their service to anyone.

Our 30 year old A/C went out one evening midsummer. David and his team came by the next morning to assess it and got us scheduled for the installation of a new central heat pump system. Within a couple days we were back up! They were super professional and courteous and got the work done really quickly. Highly recommend.

My thermostat Brook down, I called 24/7 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND . They show up less than an hour . Replaced my thermostat only a fewer mints my system was turn on and off as usual. Also they helped me over face time before they show up for no extra charged just to make sure itâ s a thermostat issues. Definitely recommend to my family and friend. 24/7 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND has been great to work with over the years. I've had them install heating/cooling and also provide yearly maintenance at my house. They are always very punctual, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend this company enough!!! I wanted to make sure my furnace works well before the cold so I called them. Scheduled an appointment for the next morning, they showed up on time and checked everything was working well they replaced some filters and cleaned everything up. My house is nice and warm and I know I'm not gonna have a no heat emergency! Happy customer here!!!

Had the Blower Motor in my HVAC system replaced today. The HVAC system is very old. However ! I have worked with David today and in the past and the service is top notch. The technician today even drove all the way to the supply house to pick up my new blower motor, drove all the way back, and had it installed in an hour. As always, the service was great.

The condensation from my coil was overflowing in the catch pan. And caused a massive amount of water to leak all over the floor and bedroom of our new house we just bought. The problem turned out to be a plugged drain line, thankfully an easy and cheap fix. The HVAC system in the house we just bought is nearly 20yrs old. It would have been _very_ easy for the tech to tell us we needed a whole new system and that the issue was unfixable - and I would have had to believe them. This is unfortunately what I've come to expect these days, BUT the 24/7 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND tech was honest. They fixed the issue and never once tried to up sell us on anything. We also had 24/7 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND replace the ancient water heater in our house as well. They did an amazing job and it was 100% up to code - a lot of plumbers will leave out a lot of code features like catch pans, seismic straps, gas line sediment drop, etc.. My daughter and son-in-law have had wonderful experiences with 24/7 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND on both of their houses as well. We will never use anyone but 24/7 HVAC OF LONG ISLAND.

24/7 HVAC Local of LONG ISLAND was one of the best companies I've worked with in recent memory. They are professional, punctual, personable, and proficient in the work they do. We set up an appt for checking the AC in our house due to weak airflow, and speaking on the phone was very communicative in trying to solve the situation as best we could, without on site work, but it turns out they needed to come by. They show up early, someone thankfully was home, and they check the whole house, each of the vents, temperature from AC, and the units outside. It turns out, there was a leak, and we have an old unit that still uses Freon, which is A. Expensive and B. Hard to come by. Different options were available, so we chose to refill the unit, and hope that it lasts a while longer before more treatment. A new unit would be like 12-20K, which is a lot more than just maintenance. Anyhow, the AC is tremendously noticeably different and cooler, and after post payment research, these guys were on point with pricing, straight up, no funny stuff, overcharging, or grifting. Wonderful work gentleman, and thank you!
