David is responsive, prompt, and knowledgeable. We just moved into our new house and wanted to get a thorough look at our aging AC. He measured the performance, changed the filter, and cleaned the unit. Everything was within spec and is ready for the summer! John provided details on parts that fail first and what to look for if it misbehaves. He also had helpful suggestions on planning/researching new units…with no pressure to purchase one any time soon. Always good to budget and plan ahead!

When your AC doesn't work and it's been in the mid to upper 90's for a week, you want someone who can come out immediately. Well, we can all dream but there's high demand. I called on a Monday, and there was a technician in our area on Friday, and was able to get a 2-hour window. David came right within the window. He inspected our HVAC system and identified the capacitor was broken. He didn't try to upsell anything. He had a new capacitor with him! He was friendly and professional during his visit (even noticed we were a no-shoes-in-house family and removed his without my requesting), and replaced this part in less than 20 minutes. The fixed cost for the visit and the replacement part cost seemed reasonable. He left with me feeling like the problem was solved and for a reasonable price, and gave us a working AC just in time for the long weekend - I didn't feel screwed like I thought I might by an HVAC company who takes advantage of customers needs during the hot weather. We plan to add a small addition and re-configure our HVAC systems in a couple years. I hope I don't need to call an HVAC company between now and then, but if so, I would call Compare again for sure. And, when the time comes to build a new system, I will certainly reach out and seek a bid from this company. Thanks for a great experience!

The service from this company is excellent, from booking in the service with David to the guys coming on site (sorry guys I cannot remember your names). The guys who arrived on time were polite, professional and friendly at all times.
They made sure I knew exactly what they were doing and gave me a verbal report before leaving the site. David was very helpful after as well, I had a few questions and after sending an email she called me to go through everything which was so much nicer than just receiving an email back, Overall I am so glad I chose this company to service our office AC system.

24/7 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND did a great job repairing my heating system. I have what they call a dinosaur so not many techs are familiar with it. George knew the problem 15 min after arriving. Got it repaired fir a fair price the next day. Great service provider!

David, Edgar and all the fellas that come out and keep my heating and A/C systems running smoothly have been extremely friendly and professional. They are always on time and take the time to make sure everything is running great.
I subscribe to the annual service and they come out spring and fall to service the systems and it has been worth the cost.

I have enough compliments for this company. They are great in customer service,⁸ quality work and providing great pricing! We needed a new HVAC unit after our last one failed in the beginning of Aug when it is hottest. They lend us a portable AC unit in the meantime. I went through 5 different local ncompanies, which most gave me 2 to 4 quotes each. Husband and I debated between 3 brands (Trane, Carrier, and Bryant) but had others to consider like Rheem. We decided for Trane given their reliability and highest failure rate because Trane is a top brand. We even checked the Consumer Report. I had 4 different vendors quoting me for Trane and 24/7 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND offered us the best system (latest) and most efficient at 21 SEER variable speed heat pump & latest air handler which is the best and latest model. The two paired up provide for best efficiency. And still 24/7 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND prices were very competitive when compared to the other 3 vendors. The other vendors quoted us lesser products in efficiency (16 or 18 SEER) and not the best models and yet at much higher prices. 24/7 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND also had the best reviews and for sure they did quality installation and have been trained and certified by the manufacturer. The 3 guys (David, Edgar and Luis) that came for the installation on 02/11/22 were courteous, professional, hard working, and seem kind too. They explained and showed me what they were doing and what they found from previous installation. They told us how the system works and explained how to care for it properly. They had a hard time getting the underground copper line out from previos installation due to improper installation. While most other vendors wanted to reroute the pipe through the attic, these guys got it out ingeniously. I saw it took them a while but they got it done! They made me comfortable. They built trust! We did not feel like we were being taken advantage of. David, the owner, is great aslo to work with and is involve in the process all the way through. He gave us his mobile number too. He helped us select a unit and offered us the best one at the best price and with a great financing offer too! He followed up with us in the days to follow the installation also to ensure everything is working and looking right. David accommodated to my work schedule too. I work in procurement and acquisitions and I did my research thoroughly and found this company to be best. Even the lady at the office, Rita, has been amazing and super courteous and profesional, which is highly appreciated! She helped alleviate our every concern. So, I would recommend 247 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND over and over again for Trane units and for maintenance of other brands. Their rates I feel are unbeatable and still provide great quality service! We will definitely keep them! Thank you! ☺️
A week later or so David and Edgar came by to follow up on the installation and ensure everything is working properly. They are always punctual in my experience!!
