My furnace was experiencing some issues, so I decided to call someone for a maintenance/repair visit and decided on 24/7 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND from their stellar reviews. I was assigned a time slot and had multiple notifications/calls to confirm! Edgar found the issue with my furnace in just a few minutes and helped me set everything back up. He was wonderfully knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the visit, even recommending a few things I could do to properly maintain my system. I can't recommend them & David enough! Because of their quality of work and follow-up we called them when the motor on our water heater was making loud noises. They came to the house and offered options for a short term repair or new water heater with new motor. They let us choose which plan we preferred not what made them the most money. Everything worked out fantastically. The technician, Edgar, arrived as scheduled although I was away for a brief amount of time when he arrived. Edgsr worked with the dispatcher to reschedule and promptly performed all services within an hour of the original appointment.
We chatted a bit about the ventilation system of my home. Edgar insights and observations of this were well informed, a credit to the training.

Would highly recommend. We just had air-conditioned unit installed in our master bedroom. Great experience from start to finish. Quick response, always on time. Answered and explained all my questions in details.Very professional.

Long story short: David was very nice and honest, just as my kind neighbor who recommended him shared. He adjusted his schedule to suit mine for his visit, got our 30 yr old furnace that stopped working (which I asked him to replace) to work again, took measurements for when we really do need a new one, and was on his way. We received the estimate from his company for replacement that same afternoon. Thank you again David and Edgar , especially for helping to keep Grandma warm on cold mornings and nights, so soon after I first called you! (not to mention, saving our old furnace from being replaced before it really needed to be, that comes in a close second for me!)

Amazing - amazing job. David and his team did excellent work performed in a timely fashion. David answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them, because this was a new house and didn't want any wires showing from the newly installed ductless units. David explained to me all the different options, was very thorough, and freindly, and I made my appointment. The team that came out to do the work was very pleasant and professional, and did such an amazing clean and neat job, I don't see any wires and the units work great and my house still looks brand new. The quality of the units is top of the line, very quiet and can hardly hear them actually on, and comes with an LED light so you can actually see the temperture on the unit itself. A nice little add on. Will use them again on my next project.

We hired 247 HVAC Local OF LONG ISLAND to install a new Lennox A/C unit 4 years ago. Since installation, we have taken advantage of their bi annual preventative maintenance program and been satisfied with the results. Late in September this year, our A/C system stopped blowing cold air. I called 24/7 HVAC Local OF LONG ISLAND for service. They responded promptly, sending Service Technician, David within two hours of my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem. The Compressor (still under factory warranty) had failed and needed to be replaced. This critical part is in short supply and it took 10 days to get the part. Immediately upon receipt of the part, 24/7 HVAC scheduled David and an assistant to make the repair. David and his assistant worked tirelessly, late into the night to get our A/C unit up and running. We very much appreciate their professionalism and dedication in completing our system repair.

Wow! Our furnace stopped working and David came the day we called, figured out the problem, and replaced our furnace the next day. He and his men did a great job! David has excellent communication. Told us what to expect, when he would arrive each day. Told us everything that he was doing. He and his men installed the new furnace with great care and cleaned up afterwards. We are so please with the service. I can't recommend him enough. Very professional and also very caring. TERRIFIC JOB!

A team of three young men showed up on time at 6am and worked hard until they finished at around 1pm. We had an entire heat pump system replaced, including crawling in the crawl space to replace the lines. These guys were a pleasure to work with! They were positive and really seemed to enjoy what they were doing. They worked quickly and neatly and cleaned up completely when they were done. I would definitely recommend 247 HVAC LOCAL OF LONG ISLAND based on today's experience.
