    He's a contractor that does crappy work ! Started my job from day one it was not a good thing. Things were not covered from flying dust and debris. Computer and any electrics were not covered and protected. I was told after the 2nd day that his van was broken into and a lot of his tools were stolen. I guess time were tight because he couldn't even replace what was taken. I lent him my vacuum to help keep things clean which was returned broken and not even cleaned out. To this day they have not come back to correct the problem of there installation. His wife answers the phone and spews the same BS about scheduling a time and date to correct the problems. Usually says, "Let me talk it over with Charlie and we'll get back to you". Same thing with email its the old checks in the mail thing. Called for a service call that they showed up for because they thought they would get more money and showed the service the problems and was told by him that it should of never been left like this and he agreed with me. Still no EFFORT to contact or correct the problems. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere. This company is BAD NEWS ALL AROUND !!!

    We have had an incredibly horrible experience with this company.
    Approximatly.5 years ago we had our house a.c. Unit replaced.. Worked great the first season. The next year it needed to be charged with refrigerant. We were perplexed as in all the years we had our previous unit it never needed to be charged. Charlie told us that sometimetimes this happens and put some kind of sealant on. Each subsequent year the system needed to be charged with frion (at approximately $500 each time). We finally fired them last year after the fifth $500 croon charge. This year we had a new company come in and look at the system before the hot weather hit only to find out that
    1. There are leaks at almost every joint in the piping.
    2. The solder they used (silver solder) is not the correct material to solder for a/c and to top. it off
    3.the unit that was sold to us uses R22 refrigerant that will no longer be sold after 2020.
    They were surprised that a unit that uses this refrigerant was sold to us within the last 10 years. We need to get The entire unt I replaced and then the nightmare that is CNS will be behind us.

    well, as Jamie and Charlie both know, I am not usually at a loss for words but the service and outcome and pleasure of dealing with them leaves me at a loss - a picture may be worth a thousand words but a picture of Shirley my new Weil-McLain boiler would not tell the story - CNS was the lowest quote I got - some were more than twice as high all trying to sell me a way too oversized boiler comparable to the one I had or slightly smaller but still too big - I am sitting here toasty and warm - responded immediately on very short notice - like 15 minutes - impressed me with their knowledge and sensitivity = my neighbor tried to dissuade me from using them saying they were underestimating my boiler size or didn't know how to calculate it - boy, am I happy to say that he was totally wrong but Charlie inspired confidence and trust in me - we had a few glitches along the way but none was their fault and they resolved promptly once the supply house that had provided the defective circuit board was open the next day - they installed a temporary thermostat since there was a problem with the old thermostat connection - they were attentive and responsive to my particular concerns and besides Charlie has great green eyes and a great head of hair as my mother would say - patient etc., etc. = enough said

    It's early in the relationship but they get high marks. Trustworthy, punctual, respectful of our time and property. And, they seem to take a longterm approach to the relationship, giving alternative solutions to an issue, with benefits and drawbacks of each.

    HORRIBLE. Did sub-par work and never returned to complete. Worse, they charged my card without my authorization, so fraudulent and shoddy. Would post 0 stars if I could
