I had Richmond Plumbing and Heating to check my not functioning air conditioning earlier today. What a truly terrific experience!

Last night I had a friend of a friend look at my system, and he told me I'd need to replace my entire system, which turned out to be a huge and expensive lie.

Joe came in, cleaned and recharged my system, and it's working like new. He also saved me from someone, supposedly a "friend " who was trying to charge me $ thousands. Joe, thanks for being amazing during a heat wave.

From now on, Richmond Plumbing and Heating are #1 with me.

We've been Richmond Plumbing and Heating customers for a few years now. When the heating company we'd been using for 18 years couldn't be bothered helping us after our furnace broke on the coldest day of the year, they were at our house within the hour, and within a couple of more hours made arrangements for installation of a new furnace (including asbestos abatement) on the very next day. They've been just as prompt and professional whenever we've called them with a plumbing problem. I highly recommend them!

Excellent company. Reliable, always on time, excellent prices, excellent workmanship. What else could you ask for in a contractor? They stood behind their work when I had a problem 100%. Zach and Carmine were terrific! I needed to have 3 new sinks installed in the house, and revamp the plumbing. They rose to the occasion. Even though, it was a big project, they never complained. They did a high quality job. Highly recommend!

Had an emergency at 11:00pm on a Tuesday, and Richmond got Mike over here in under an hour! He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, cut off the water main to the house to stop the leaking, and have us all set up for a repair the next day. Both plumbers who worked on the house provided excellent service and worked very quickly and carefully. Special thanks to Mike for his quick and efficient service.

Two person team was on time and finished their work on my boiler successfully. They cleaned up after themselves. Took less time than expected, so I had an unexpected cost saving. Will use them for plumbing work next time.

I actually had two techniciand in different day. The first one was very good. The second one could have done better. A few listed items on the proposal list were not done but charges were full. I had to call back to office to have him to come back. I Still have washer and a cup under the toilet supply line not changed. The kichen faucet became smaller cold water flow after washer changed. The shower hot water became less hot compare to first technicine adjusted water tempature who brought it to good tempature.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Zach (I hope I spelled it right). We had an emergency situation with our main line backing up and water leaking into the house. We were lucky enough to have him come in a 1/2 hour when the company we originally called cancelled last minute. Zach was prompt, efficient, and respectful of our home. I’d call in a heartbeat if we have that happen again. We’ll definitely be using this company for our yearly maintenance.

I've used Richmond Plumbing etc al a couple times in the past few years, and recently to have an old stove gas line disconnected & capped in my deceased parents' home. The licensed plumber & assistant were nice guys who were puntual, efficient, & did a great job. I'd recommend them to anyone, so keep them at the top of your list & place them in your cell.

Joseph Vento and his team “5” stars for sure! Great Customer Service, showed up as scheduled and loved the follow-up relative to quote. Not to mention, 100% professionalism! I would recommend and use Richmond Plumbing, Heating and Co, Inc. again......For sure!
