Called Richmond in the middle of the night to change a leaky pipe. the showed up the were fair priced and their guy left the place neat and clean. They also had masks and gloves which made us all feel comfortable during these times

On January 6, 2018, pipes of my heating system in the outside wall froze and I called Richmond Plumbing to thaw the pipes. A tech came next day did nothing and charged me $272.18 for the visit. Do not call this company to thaw your pipes. Just waist of time and money. Please note that there is a machine that does it in 10 minutes. But these guys simply do not know about it. What ashame!

These guys are a highly professional outfit. I have owned a house for three years now and have had them do a variety of jobs: converting to gas; snaking sewer (and other) drains; and changing a leaky shower body. Plumbers are professional-- knowledgable, punctual, and thorough. Dispatchers are quick and polite. I will absolutely continue to call these guys for my plumbing needs and recommend them highly.
