Two workers showed up, on time, polite, professional, clearly explained what needed to be done and did fine work. Very pleased.

Highly recommend. The company is very professional, punctual, responsive and honest. The licensed master plumber, Gabe is highly skilled at what he does and has a great personality. I am not affiliated with Richmond Plumbing in anyway just a very satisfied customer. Honestly, you really can’t go wrong with them and will be highly satisfied.

The service was competent, efficient and courteous. Initially, I was dissatisfied when I still had a leaky faucet after paying them over $200 to fix my leaky faucet. When I communicated this, they went above and beyond to ensure that my faucet was fixed (after a special appointment with lots more troubleshooting) and that I was satisfied. In the end, they provided outstanding customer service that I was more than satisfied with.

I have found Richmond Plumbing and Heating Co. online when I had an emergency. This company is 24/7. Owner showed up in less than 2 hours, checked the leaking water heater and started draining. Quickly detailed estimate and gave me a fair price. His crew replaced the water heater this same day, the work also required to modify gas, water and vent pipe. Very professional and knowledgeable, honest guys, who clean after themselves. A week later I used them to clean the boiler. Do I recommend them, will I use them, 150% Yes.

I have had Richmond Plumbing fix several plumbing issues over the years . All of them were taken care of in a timely manner. All were fixed with qualified employees and left the residence in clean and operating condition . In addition to having several central HVAC units serviced over the years , we have recently had 2 new central AC units installed by Richmond Plumbing . Removal , install , equipment and price were all excellent . The most value would be the staff . From Joseph Vento , to all the service guys in the field . Everyone is friendly, professional and they all do a wonderful job. I am happy to recommend Richmond Plumbing to friends and family.

Horrible, lady has a nasty attitude & hangs up if she doesn’t know how to answer your question or doesn’t feel like working. Do not recommend them.

Workers were not trustworthy, and the workers constantly changed. More than once, items went missing from areas where only they worked. Neighbors saw Richmond Plumbing workers leaving with boxes. This was brought to Joe's attention--he shouted, made himself out to be the victim and disconnected the call. Someone identified as Joe's father was unresponsive. No interest in getting to the bottom of the complaint, and they charge more than the average.
