Both Christian and Steve made a very good team. They worked diligently to remove our old system and proficiently installed the new system. They made sure the units worked well and we were comfortable. We have used this company several times now and are happy with their work.

This is the first time that I used the company's service based on the positive reviews I saw. I had a leak from the upstairs bathrooms dripping into my living room. Mike and team were very professional, they did a series of tests to identify the source of the leaks and were able to effectively fix the issue. Their service was great, that I also them to change a couple of old faucets while they were at it. Their pricing was fair and reasonable. I Highly Recommend them.

Richmond Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Corp. did an excellent job with the installation of my new heating system after I had issues with my old boiler. I was so glad to have such a quick response time after the heating system malfunctioned during the coldest part of the winter. Everyone I interacted throughout the process carried themselves in a professional manner. All COVID safety protocols were followed during the installation process and the installation was done in a timely manner. I would definitely choose Richmond again for any heating system issues.

I've used Richmond Plumbing on several occasions. They are quite professional and respond in a timely manner. I feel particularly comfortable with Joe D. who has been to my house a couple of times. I've found him to be very professional, knowledgeable, honest and quite helpful with his advice!!

Excellent Service – Finding water in my garage, I called Richmond Plumbing & Heating and received a quick appt. for the next day. The plumbers, Vince and Mike arrived early. They immediately began a house inspection to determine the source of the leak which turned out to be a cracked pipe in the dining room soffit. Extreme care was taken to protect the rugs and furniture and to only open the part of the wall necessary to remove and replace the broken pipe. Vince and Mike answered all our questions and were competent , courteous and professional. Overall, the service was timely and efficient.

Called Richmond Plumbing for clog in
kitchen sink. Joe and Vic arrived on time
and removed clog. Joe suggested that
pipes under sink should be replaced. I
made appointment for last Monday and
Zach replaced pipes. Noticed leak next
day and Zach returned to repair it.
He said leak was from a rotted pipe
that he did not replace. Tried to fix
it but was still leaking next day.
I called Richmond Plumbing again and
office arranged for Zach to come back
and replace pipe. Zach and Timmy were
very courteous and professional. Pipe was
Replaced and tested for leaks. Everything
was ok. I will only call Richmond Plumbing
for all my plumbing needs. The office staff
was very courteous and the plumbers are very
professional. They cleaned up each time they
finished a job.

From the second Mike and Jimmy walked in they were professional, courteous and sympathetic to my problem. They went above and beyond to fix what was a very hard and time consuming plumbing job. They cleaned up and even worked with me on the price when I told them I was hurt at work and have been out and money was very tight. Definitely recommend them 110% and will never use another plumbing company.

Richmond Plumbing understood my needs to inspect a Boiler and to get a Building Dept approval asap. Everything was smooth until the Pandemic hit and stopped everything. Carrie was great on keeping me informed of the process. She was very patient with me and calmed me down. I will definitely use Richmond Plumbing and recommend them highly.
