Breezin HVAC - Best HVAC Contractor in New York

I was really worried about finding the right HVAC contractor to upgrade my heating system. But Breezin made it so easy - they arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and gave me good advice throughout the process. The team was friendly and helpful and I'm so grateful to have had them take care of the job.

I highly recommend Breezin HVAC. Their technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, and the office is helpful and quick to reply. They installed a new central A/C system for me in my brownstone last year and did an excellent job. The condensers had to go on the roof 6 flights up, be carried up the stairs, and then pulled onto the roof; the old units had to go down the same way. They came with the manpower to get it done. They told me if they had to disassemble the units, they would do that as well and rebuild them; luckily, that was not needed. Other companies would have told me a crane would be required adding to the cost.
They also work on my radiant heating system. When the ignition part broke on the boiler and I needed help quickly, they were there for me and came Saturday morning to fix the boiler. You can rely on them to do their best to help you when you need that help.

I contacted Breezin for air conditioning repair service and they were very responsive. They are the only HVAC contractor in Staten Island that answered my call on a Sunday which was very appreciated. The technician they sent out was knowledgeable and did a great job repairing my unit. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and answer any questions I had. very pleased with the service and would recommend it to others.

This business was very unprofessional and poor with keeping their word. On two seperate occasions, my wife and I went out of our way to meet the team at our new place for an estimate early in the morning. The worker never showed and no one even cared to call us to inform us there was an issue. Apparently there was an "emergency". After speaking with Theresa, I was told that we would be prioritized for a followup. She spent time on our call to back handedly compliment my wife saying that she was sweet even when she was upset.

A week goes by after being told we would be the emergency this time and would definitely be seen. We again went out of our way to get to the new place to meet someone early in the morning. Again no one called us on the day of the consultation.
We called and Theresa picked up
She said that somone called out of work and they couldn't do it AGAIN. Okay the least she could have done was reach out to us to inform us so we can make arrangements to not come.

Highly recommend Breezin HVAC as a heating contractor in Staten Island. Called last minute due to needing an inspection for a house closing. They came the next day. Fair and competitive pricing. Definitely will use it again for any other heating needs.
