Breezin HVAC - Best HVAC Contractor in New York

We have been using Breezin HVAC since 1990.Although we have tried other contractors, we always came back to Breezin. Their service response and professionalism is by far the best. They have helped us through many difficult situations.
During the Hurricane Sandy fiasco, my daughter with 3 small children here on Staten Island, was not able to get heat or hot water due to flooding. She asked me for help and so I called Breezin. They had two techs returning from Brooklyn. The dispatch rerouted them to her. Not only were they able to help her, but her neighbors, who saw the truck, also asked for help as well. The techs were able to get back them in service as well. Now that is great job under dire circumstances! My wife and I are no longer are concerned about heat or air conditioning issues...Breezin has our backs.

After a long dispute with my GC, they sent Breezin out to service my HVAC last June. The GC blamed the age of the unit, but Glenn from Breezin did thorough testing and traced the failure to two touching wires that were overlooked at re-installation (by the GC). To make sure the system was sound and safe, he replaced the required parts AND ran fresh electrical wiring between the outside and inside unit. I could tell he really cared about his work and wasn’t taking shortcuts. I highly recommend Breezin.

This is zero star company. Never use them. They sent little kids who didn't know what they were doing and missed multiple vents during the duct cleaning. After missing the vents they didn't want to come finish the job. Left hanging and searching for another duct cleaning company to come finish the job. My filters are still dirty and will use someone else to get the right/ complete job done.

It was a pleasure working with this company. They came out the next day after Thanksgiving, expertly diagnosed the problem where my furnace was up and running the very same day. Just as important as getting my heat back is the customer service I received. The technicians are professional, courteous and kept me informed every step of the way. If I could give this company less than one start I would! I called this company because my furnace was not firing up. The guy came and changed the thermocouple and told me that was not the problem. He needed to change the gas valve to solve the problem and will call the company to order the part. When i call Breezin to find out the price, they told me the part was going to be $800.00 and to rush the part it will cost much more. They said they will charge me $375.00 for the guy to comeback and do the replacement! I bought the part for $ 225.00 and paid $200.00 to install. Be aware of this company they only want your money!!! Dont care about their customers 😞😞

This was a difficult and complex project and Breezin was put in a very difficult position by my GC, who gave them incomplete and inaccurate information. The job required more than 3 times the work and cost than was estimated by the GC. Despite this, I found everyone at Breezin to be professional, understanding, very responsive, and able to provide a high quality finished product in spite of the challenges.

Sean, Tony, Danny, John, Gina and Sabrina were all a pleasure to deal with and collaborated very nicely with me throughout, doing everything possible to overcome unexpected challenges and a very difficult installation, working with me on pricing, returning to the job quickly and repeatedly to ensure that everything was working properly, and always with a kind demeanor and strong desire to ensure things were correct. I'm very happy with the end product, it is working as expected, and I feel like I have made a number of new friends that I would not hesitate to contact and work with again.

Was having trouble with my heating unit and didn't know who to call so I looked in phone book and picked Breezin so happy I did. From the receptionist answers the phone to the technician
who comes to the house they are very friendly and knowledgeable I recommend them highly and my
brother in law now uses them and some homeowners in my development anybody have and AC or Heating problem I tell them to call Breezin right away...

I recently had a new a/c replacement. I read their reviews and were recommended very highly. Well they lived up to their reviews. Pat came to my home and told me exactly what would happen.
