Breezin HVAC - Best HVAC Contractor in New York

After several visits and spending over a thousand dollars in parts, this company was unable to fix my unit. They claimed the circuit board was burning out because of high voltage. Had an electrician come out, and found there was no issue with the required voltage. They had me replace some additional parts in the condenser unit (btw this unit only had 11 months, so it was brand new) and it also did not fix it. After several visits they sent me their "knowable guy" who looked at the unit, told me me he would try to research the issue and never called me back, at some point he advised me to replace my whole unit. It was a very strange experience.

I called another company, who after 15 min of looking at the issue, told me the nest thermostat I had was defective and causing electrical issues. Advised me to get a honeywell thermostat and problem solved.

I waited a year to write this review to see if this company would ever follow up with me, they just gave up and never called me back.

I had a problem with a faulty furnace, and they were able to fix it on the spot. The technician was very knowledgeable.

Employees Adam and his helper showed up on time, were very professional, and replaced my water heater in less than 2 hours. Also took the old equipment with them. Called on Sunday morning and had a new water heater less than 24 hours later. Great service

Breezin responded to our call for AC Unit repair in the middle of a heat wave in less than 24 hours. The crew diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue quickly and the price was great. I plan on signing up for a service contract with them ASAP.

Over the past two years, I have had to call Breezin on a Sunday for "emergency" service on hot, summer days. I have an older unit (20+ years) that has had some TLC, but now and then I need it repaired.

ON A SUNDAY, I get someone at my door typically within 1 hour. Receptionist I have spoken to prior is very nice, and the two HVAC techs I have had experience with were both very professional and quick to resolve. Having someone here this quickly, on a smoldering 100F Sunday is impressive.

Personally, as long as I live in the service area I will continue to call Breezin for any issues I have come up.

We have a maintenance contract with Breezin HVAC for many years. Throughout those years we never had any problems or issues with their work, always professional and have kept my units in tip top shape.

When we were hit by Super Storm Sandy 2012, our heating and cooling equipment were all damaged by the flood. Breezin replaced all the equipment as soon as our electricity came on. We even recommended Breezin to all my neighbors who were also affected the storm.
