They confirmed an appointment with me, promising an arrival time and a call before arriving. I never received the call nor did they ever show up. When I first called to inquire, the person said they were "on their way" - BUT he NEVER asked who I was. When I asked how he knew that without even verifying my information, he hung up. I then tried calling back several times and he kept picking up and immediately hanging up. I was a potential new customer for them with several commercial units and multiple buildings. I don't understand the other reviews, since this company seems like a scam.
