My furnaces went down recently. I found out TriStar Commercial HVAC Solutions was one of the original installers of my current house before I moved in. I gave them a call and the rep came pretty quick with all the information needed after the inspection. We finalized the deal and they got everything professionally installed with a decent price. No complaints at all, I would recommend their service.

The repairman arrived ahead of the scheduled time and did an awesome job of explaining what was wrong with my unit and explaining the process of getting it fixed. I needed my heated driveway system fixed. Tri-State came in, sold me on a new valve, charged me a bunch of money. Next time in snowed, the system still wasn't working. Called them, they said someone would come out. Did not show up when scheduled. Called back next day, they said someone would follow up. Nothing. Called back third day, they said someone would for sure follow up. Nothing. I hope whatever it is you ask them to fix gets done correctly because once they have your money you are no longer an important customer.

Well, I'm not sure where to start. First of all, the technician was great! He arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem with my AC. When he found that it wasn't a mechanical issue, but rather a wiring issue, he went above and beyond to explain what we needed to do. That was great!
