It just so happened when it was -5° in Chicago. My heating system was only blowing cold air. I called them at 4 PM they were due to close at 4:30. They were very nice and polite on the phone they wanted to get in contact with their technician. He was at my house by 5 PM polite, professional, respectful of the property. thank you so much for the quick and efficient service and what I considered a fair price. Will be using you for all my heating and air conditioning needs in the future John from Park, Ridge, Illinois.

I had to call on Christmas morning for emergency service! Left a message with the answering service, and they assured me the tech would call back...And he did! Very quickly I might add! Leo got to the house when he said he would, and kept good communication up with me during the process. I am so thankful for the service Leo provided, but also for the follow-up from the office today.

We called them to install a new thermostat. $1,200 and it came with French instructions. It kept shutting off the furnace. 4 more service calls and 5 months later the same problem continued even with an additional charge of $1,048 for a board we did not need. It turns out a simple phone call to Bryant solved the problem: Turn off the sensor on the thermostat. They would not return the $1,048 for the board even though I returned the board to them. Never use these people. They don't know what they are doing. I would not even give them one star. The 5 stars are done by relatives.

Y Tech installed the heating unit in our apartment over twenty years ago, when it needed replacing suddenly during this cold spell, they were here the next day to check and then replace the old unit, which is pretty great given the freezing conditions and the demands on their time. Totally recommend as a reliable, honest and professional company for any heating needs. Good follow up on maintenance, very responsive, top notch service

My unit has some special Magic-Pak9 thru the wall. Technician said to me he cannot check for freon gage because it’s complicated. I think for service fee for check everything!!! Even freon level too!!!
Guy said to me buy whole new furnace. They haven’t checked everything yet! Why i have to change whole new furnace! Service is sucks!

I needed to replace a 20 year old a/c unit, electric furnace, and inadequate and sub-standard ductwork in my townhome. Y-tech not only provided an excellent proposal, they gave me confidence they knew how to “do it right” . I am very happy I chose Y-tech’s proposal. They were efficient, and paid attention to detail, assuring a top notch job. The job was difficult and took almost 5 days to complete. After 3 months of operation, the system performs perfectly, with virtually silent operation. The house, for the first time in 20 years has no uneven hot/cold spots, and has lowered my electric bill by 20-30%. Owner Kevin is a pleasure to deal with, honest, and forthright. Thanks Y-Tech!

Bad .

Have had god luck with them in the past but not so recently .

Thre times they committed themfailed to show up to fix a problem with no heat in one room .

After the third time we called only to be told by the very same female employee who had scheduled us that no appointment was ever made.

After I prsed the issue of how she ehrslef had scheduled us the woman backtracked saying they want to help but are now giving priority to people ith no heat .

I like local businesses. The owner knows what he's doing, and he's been happy and patient enough to talk me through his inspection and work and recommended next steps. Have used them for a couple years, will keep using them.
