I had called Mr. Tikka for A/C repair service on Aug 21st for water leaking issue. He performed a hack job ( see pics ) and left. My problem went from a minor issue of water leak to constant flooding of my basement. After speaking to him on phone, he continued to promise to fix the issue. After making numerous attempts to reach on the phone, i finally decided not to call anymore. If you're looking for someone to make your problems worse than they already are, call this guy. Extremely unreliable, dishonest and unprofessional service at its best.

The best company and the best guy in the business of Ac’s in the whole NY state. Needed urgent Repair of my walk in coolers and and AC at another location.
