My PTACs in my apartment were not performing well and I contacted Kevin from Unisys Heating and Cooling through a reference to examine and repair them. We determined that it made more sense to replace and he quickly provided me quotes. Throughout the entire process, Kevin was extremely responsive to my questions, very polite, and easy to work with. He holds to his word and I did not have any issues with him honoring any appointments or showing up on time as he promised.

Kevin from Unisys is very effective and responsive. He fixed a broken fan blade box in an AC unit in one day. He had to take the unit off premises. It was making a horrible noise. He knows his stuff and is a great guy. Use can use Unisys with confidence.
