Mr. Tikka is professional, honest, and everything you are need in an HVAC contractor. He is very responsive, patient with all manner of questions, and does high quality work. He has installed two WSHP heating units for my apartment, and I haven't had an issue. The installation was very neat and timely in the middle of a cold snap. He is extremely knowledgable, even took the time to explain the different types of units and how to maintain them to get the most out of them. You will not regret hiring him and SmartAirNYC.
