Jerry responded quickly to my late afternoon call and had me send pictures of my water heater with measurements. He was able to come out the next morning and do the work. Only had to suffer less than 24 hours without hot water. Jerry replaced broken water heater with new AO Smith in two hours and everything looks and functions well. I would call Jerry again next time I need a plumber.

I was very impressed with Jerry's knowledge of the whole gas issue when national grid found a gas leak and he had to replace all the old galvanized piping that I had in this old house. He explained everything step by step, the process of filing the permits with the city and getting approval with the building department. He also had to replace my old boiler system. He installed that in several hours. He was on time and always understood my concern about causing damage to my house. I highly recommend him and I know I will be using him in the future.

Jerry's installation work is beautiful. His price was fair and he has a wealth of information that he offers for free. He is my plumber now, I wouldn't bother calling anyone else. He even came back a month after installation to help me correct a noisy pipe issue and he did not charge me. That is above and beyond what most companies would do.

Jerry and his team are professional, friendly, and on time! They have serviced the boiler in our coop and also worked in individual units. Jerry is a favorite among our co-op. I’d say the best thing about him isn’t just that he and his crew do great work, it’s that he is responsive and communicative. He replaced the boiler in our building last year, and after that we had him install thermostatic valves in our apartment so our radiators would be easier to control. He and his crew did a quick job, were Covid safe, respectful of our home and our schedule, and he was available to answer follow-up questions afterwards. Recently we’ve been considering having some work done in the back of our building to address a water drainage issue in the garden, and Jerry made sure that we were on the same page; he came by not once but twice to discuss the issue and be open and honest about possible solutions. He doesn’t push you to hire him, he lays the facts out as he sees them and lets you make your own decisions after he makes sure that you understand things properly. I am very grateful for his honesty, his time, his good work, and his willingness to share his knowledge.

Jerry recently repaired one steam radiator in our apartment and replaced another one. He showed up early for our initial appointment to give us an estimate, wore a mask and shoe covers, was courteous and efficient, clearly explained the work he would do (and why), and provided an estimate. He and his team returned later that very morning to do the work: everyone was once again courteous and efficient, and communicated clearly with us. They finished the work incredibly quickly with minimal disruption and did a great job. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Jerry's has been a great go to for our heating, AC and plumbing needs. We had to replace our boiler in the middle of last year's cold snap in December and boilers were hard to source and parts were often on back order. Jerry was able to get us a boiler on time and even went out of his way to make sure that we had all the parts needed by sourcing and driving to New Jersey to make sure our building was able to get heat as quickly as possible. Jerry's has been a great resource for all of our HVAC needs, has been flexible with prices and has always been extremely professional and delivered what he's promised. Jerry provided timely and quality service by replacing my 50 year old oil boiler with a new gas boiler. He coordinated with the NYC DOB on a regular basis to get the approval and kept me informed of the conversion progress during the entire process.
