Breezy Mechanical

Tim was great, I was having an issue with my central AC not working and he took his time to walk me through a number of steps over the phone to get my unit working again, saving me the time and expense of a service call. Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC work.

Tim and the guys showed up, brought everything and took it all away - no mess. Sandy-installed central AC was leaking gas so I needed a new whole unit. While more expensive than a Carrier brand, the Bosch is more energy efficient and better built than cheaper units (and was in stock!). Breezy is a Bosch certified installer, and it's the only system they sell (they only work in Breezy or Rockaway) plus offer a 10 year warranty. A lot of interior work was needed, too, but was done in one day, just before a heat wave. Tim also recommended trimming an overhanging tree to avoid damaging the system, which is probably why the old AC crapped out so soon.

Breezy Mechanical was extremely helpful. They service the Breezy, Rockaway Rockaway area. My furnace went out, and I could not get the piolet light lit again. I called them and they were there as soon as they could, which would have been the same day but I missed their call. They showed up at 9 am the next morning and had it fixed within 30 mins. Very nice worker and very helpful in getting my heat back. Definitely Reccomend for heat and a/c problems. I also think they have other services as well.

Due to an improper installation by another company, Breezy Mechanical quickly diagnosed the problem with our fireplace. Once new parts were received he had it up and running. We were very happy to have it working in time for Christmas.

Thus, they know the neighborhood and are super knowledgeable about how the seaside climate affects mechanical equipment... and they're not driving an hour to get to you. Beyond the locality of the business, Breezy Mechanical responds to service calls quickly, will efficiently troubleshoot your problem, discuss options with you (i.e. short term fixes versus long term solutions), answer questions, offer advice, and execute the job in a timely manner. We had a bit of an emergency… one of our air conditioners burned out during a heatwave in August. Breezy Mech came to see us the same day we called and arranged for replacements to be made within a few days. Tim and his team are personable, professional, and get the job done well and quickly.

Our experience with Breezy Mechanical was outstanding. We recently had a ductless AC system installed. The work was done quickly, expertly and at the appointed time. We are entirely happy with the job and only wish we had done it sooner! We would highly recommend Breezy Mechanical to anyone on the peninsula that requires the services they provide.

Breezy Point Mechanical has been a lifesaver. They are so professional and reliable and any time you need them you can always rely on a quick response.
