Breezy Mechanical

Late in the day this past Monday noticed the fan on my Goodman A/C unit stopped spinning, on the hottest day of the year no less! I called the shop for service and received an immediate call back from Tim. He advised to shut the unit down, send him a pic of the model and unit info and that he would text me back to set up a time to come by and take a look. The next day Tim arrived as promised, quickly diagnosed the issue and had the A/C unit running again. Tim demonstrated a very professional and patient demeanor. He was very very thorough explaining the problem, answered all my questions and recommended some steps to take which could help in prolonging the life of the unit. Would highly recommend.

After months of working with another local technician resulting in no solution, Tim was able to diagnose the problem with our heating system within an hour of arriving at our house. As soon as you call to request service reception puts you in touch with the mechanic who will be handling your issue which makes things so much easier. Tim called me and we worked out a time and texted back and forth about what was going on with my heating system before he even arrived!

Quick response by Breezy Mechanical they had a technician at my house within 2 hours and got my boiler repaired and back up and running. I was amazed that they had the parts in stock for my baxi boiler and provided clean white glove service. I will definitely use Tim again for future service.

Tim and his team installed ductless air for me. They did an awesome job. The system is foolproof, the guys are super nice, and the job is totally professional. If you are in the market, I wouldn't think of hiring another firm. Breezy Mechanical is the best!

I called Tim on a Sunday morning when I realized I didn’t have any heat coming from my baseboards.

He wasn’t my first call. I called the plumber who installed my Combi boiler and left a message with their service. No response. I called the plumber who worked on my pipes to winterize them a few years ago. No response. I called Build it Back and the contractor that just recently completed work on my house. No response.

I didn’t know Tim, but found him on the Navien website, the company that makes my boiler. His answering service was polite and efficient. He called back quickly and reviewed my problem over the phone. Tim arrived on time at my house and efficiently evaluated my problem with a quick resolution and a plan to avoid it happening in the future.

Tim is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him highly for any plumbing or heating issue. He is one of those guys that is smart and dependable. His prices are fair and he is very tech savvy with the ability to pay online.

Breezy Mechanical installed our ductless air conditioners. Not only they were quick and efficient but also very responsive and overall extremely detailed in their proposal. The job was done quickly and despite our plaster walls they were able to do it without disrupting anything. As i will add more units, I will definitely use Breezy Mechanical again!
