Over the weekend, I made an appointment for a technician to come service my broken heater (it's 20 degrees outside). Confirmed this morning with office. No one shows up within the designated time window, then I called back after the time window expired and they say they do not have a technician, they can probably come in 2 days. Without even letting me know.

Chris was very professional from start to finish. He is very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem with our unit. He explained everything to me in detail and went the extra mile. I can't say enough good things about Up Draft Heating & Cooling. I just love that they are a long time family owned business. They aren't happy until the customer is happy. All of their techs are super professional, very knowledgeable, and even the owner will make house calls as needed. They are also great with seniors and the disabled. I feel safe because they send a picture of the tech so you know who to expect.
