Ron's Heater & Gas Service

I DONOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THIS IS ALL A SCAM. i called and the representative assured me that they will have someone at my house to fix the boiler at 1130am and there is a window between 1130am and 230pm. When I called around 2pm representative said they are still within the window. I paid $299 online fee for someone to come out.They never showed up or called. When I called them again around 3:40pm in order to follow up on their status, the representative said to me, she has no one to come out. I left my job early in the morning to sit at home waiting for a technician from 1130am to 4pm wasted my whole day, then the representative tells me no one is going to come. They dont have a technician to come out to me. They assured me when i left my work place, raced home to be at the house at my appointment time. NO ONE CALLED OR SHOWED UP. Then the representative said she can reschedule for tomorrow. You wasted my day and time from work. I would not recommend this COMPANY. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STAR, I WOULD.

The service check technician arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. He went about his job of checking my furnace and my humidifier in a timely fashion. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give me some good pointers on how I might get better efficiencies from my unit.

Ron's Heater & Gas Service has definitely earned a new, lifetime customer with us. They’re very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained all the options, the entire process and worked tirelessly to get the job done quickly and properly. The entire staff is professional and great. Our technician was phenomenal. We even had a question a few days later. He took time out of his extremely busy schedule to stop by and ensure everything was still working properly. I can’t stress it enough, they are absolutely the best.

My central AC unit stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year, and Guy made it to my house within an hour, and had it working again within two hours after that. His communication and work are professional, the cleanup was thorough, and he returned the next morning to do some followup in preparation for a quote to replace my HVAC system. Be careful with these fake reviews. This is scam. I paid online for technician. They said they are going to call me but they never did. I follow up for 2 weeks and at least called them 7-10 times. Nobody showed up or call. It looks like scam to me.

Ron's Heater & Gas Service is outstanding. Very responsive. I got a same day service after waiting for two days for a competitor to show up to fix my heater and never came. The technician who came was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The surveyor was excellent at providing a full explanation of the product, as well as putting my husbands concerns at ease and we really felt comfortable having him round. When the workmen arrived they got on with the installation immediately and they were very polite. Once the work was complete we were amazed at how professional it looked and can say that it really does do what they say it will. Thank you so much!
