Ron's Heater & Gas Service

Had a 15 year old A/C unit that never worked and always had something wrong with it. These guys were masters! Our new A/C unit works amazing and our energy bill has dropped a few hundred bucks since they've replaced it. Highly recommended!

Day 1 Rep: "we'll call you in about an hour"
Never called never showed up.

Day 2 Rep: "We have an opening from 8am to 10am, the service man will call you shortly.
Never called never showed up.

Day 3 Rep: "I'm so sorry for your inconvenience, rest assure we will have a guy come out to you today, who will call you within the hour ".
Never called never showed up.

Day 4: I'm thinking am I really gonna try them again, why not maybe they were experiencing high service demands.
Rep: "we have an opening again from 8am to 10am"
Never called never showed up.

The address they have listed online is fake as I went to the location which is a deli grocery store. I don't know about these people who left positive reviews but I surely didn't get any service other than wasted time waiting for a boiler repair man that never called or showed up.
