Apple Heating & Cooling Service Technician found that due to a power surge at some point during the past several months, our heater was running on the heat strips alone instead of the heat pump. Had he not found this, our heat would have been inefficient and our electric bill would have climbed. He quickly found the problem and repaired it in minutes. I couldn't ask for better service!

Walter arrived at our home because of a central air conditioner problem. He was polite, and listened to my wife over the phone,to explain what was going on with the air conditioner. He diagnosed the problem immediately, and explained the situation. He went on to do the repair and now the unit is working great. He was both professional and knowledgeable. Apple Heating & Cooling Service provides top of the line service! They are not the most realistic in pricing but the service and warranty is always worth it. I would recommend this company to anyone needing A/C repair and request John whenever possible! Definitely 5 STARS!!

The service was amazing. Tuned up our heater and ac unit. I have used this company for over 5 years. I've called a couple times for fixes but I recently bought a brand new one with them. We highly recommend.
