I would highly recommend Armor Heating to anyone! My husband and I just moved to a new house and had an issue with the furnace pipes and chimney. Armor heating responded quickly and took care of the serious issue. Their employees were knowledgeable and caring. Tom, the owner, personally came to oversee the work being done to make sure everything went smoothly for us, which was reassuring considering we have a 10 month old. It's amazing to see companies who truly do what's best for their customers, and that's exactly what Armor Heating did for my family!

From the president, Tom, right down to the installers, both Mikes & Jarred, and even the phone representative, this company is first class and professional. They are clearly experienced in the industry of heating and cooling. Price quotes are thorough and quick and they stick to their schedule. They have knowledgeable answers to all your questions. Installation was quick, clean and efficient and pleasing to the eye. I wish all companies operated like this.

Armor Heating Company has integrity. I purchased a furnace from them several year ago and continue to use them for maintenance / service. They have been honest about the necessity / frequency of maintenance and never push for unnecessary maintenance / parts. In fact, several times they have told me it was unnecessary to change out the filter - because it did not need it! Their service people (Nick and Jacob) are courteous, polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them. It is refreshing to work with a company of integrity.

5 months later and I am still recommending Armor. I just employed them to install an A/C unit for my home. It was another quality job by Armor. The installers were once again courteous, polite, respectful and knowledgeable.

Could not have had a better experience. Everyone was super helpful, informative, kind and professional. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about any one that was involved in our project. From the time they came out to quote us, all through the install and through the time they took to go over everything after completion we could not be happier. Would night recommend.

Tom came out for a quote on replacing a 28 year A/C unit as the A/C was on borrowed time. Tom examined what we had and made several recommendations to improvements for our chimney, ducts and a/c unit. We quickly could tell Tom was speaking from experience, not just doing a sales pitch. Fully confident the job was going to be right. Armor installers knew what needed to be done and completed the job efficiency and neatly. 100% satisfied on a job well done! 100% Recommend Tom and Armor Heating!

Everyone throughout the whole process was great. Tom explained the details when he came to evaluate the project as well the rebates available through National Fuel Gas and tax credits for income tax purposes. Couldn't be happier with the job Armor Heating did installing our new furnace! They were professional, efficient and patient with all my questions. When the installation turned out to be more challenging than we realized, they handled it with no problem. When they left at the end of a long day, the work area was spotless. We've been customers of Armor Heating for many years for one main reason - we trust them. And they've never disappointed!

On time, fast, friendly, and very efficient. Best furnace service we've had in the *fourteen years* that we've had our Carrier furnace, and we get it cleaned yearly. Just outstanding.

The people at Armor ALWAYS come through for us. They've become the high bar against which I compare everyone. It's pretty great that heating/cooling/generator matters are simple for me... I just call Armor and it's taken care of. I wish that every other service provider we interact with was half as good. They know their business and they make it easy to refer them to friends and family - which I always do and which I've never regretted.
